Accompany client to the grocery store and pet store, assisting as needed.

The Executive Driver will respond to transportation service inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless and courteous travel experience for senior leaders and other high-profile individuals.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Safely transport executives and VIP clients to various destinations with professionalism, discretion, and punctuality.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a courteous and respectful demeanor at all times.
• Respond to transportation requests, inquiries, or problems, taking appropriate corrective actions such as coordinating repairs, scheduling alternate transport, or providing field servicing.

Basic Qualifications

In addition, this role leads and supports security operations, processes and protocols to protect and safeguard Vanguard's assets, including employees/crew, information, facilities, and property. Responsibilities:

• Safely transports company senior executives to and from specified locations even in emergency situations.

• Maintains the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle. Arranges for vehicles repairs and inspections as needed.

• Research and plans routes to account for potential delays to ensure the most efficient travel.

• Maintains confidentiality of all conversations and information. Ensures privacy of passengers.

• Responsible for the overall security and protection of the workplace including staff, contents and overall premises. Provides expert level security administration knowledge to develop and maintain a secure access administration architecture for the division.

• Provides information and intelligence to assist in the development and management of the threat intelligence review process and planning. Conducts pre-screening processes for crew and contractors.

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Transportation, the Elite Executive Driver holds responsibility for the efficient and secure transportation of internal and external VIP guests within properly maintained luxury transport vehicles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides a Best in Class experience for both internal and external VIP guests. Ensures efficient, secure, safe, and professional transportation in both armored and non-armored luxury vehicles.
2. Transports passengers under conditions and circumstances of increased security threats. Maintains constant situational awareness of surrounding vehicles and personnel throughout transport. Provides rapid egress for dignitaries from hostile areas/situations. Is responsible for recognizing and avoiding assaults and threats on vehicle and passengers in their care.
3. Plans routes ensuring safety of passengers at all times. Maintains detailed knowledge of safest routes within travel region. Develops alternate courses to mitigate traffic while assessing and avoiding stationary and mobile threats and hazards.
4. Maintains close communication with leadership during all movements. Remains vigilant and alert at all times while on assignment. Ensures vehicle is never unattended while with passengers, and conducts a 360-degree vehicle sweep before and after any movement.
5. Ensures assigned vehicle is operational and well maintained, including inventory of all necessary communication and emergency equipment. Conducts daily checks (oil, fuel, brakes, tires, battery, tool kits, etc.) on all assigned vehicles, before the commencement of any trip/mission. Reports any defects to leadership for immediate repair and maintenance.
6. Maintains an exceptionally clean vehicle environment inclusive of replenishing vehicle fluids, sweeping out vehicles, cleaning up spills, and cleaning internal and external surfaces.
7. Adheres to all local, state, and federal laws while providing executive driving protection services. Completes suspicious activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports and other administrative requirements as required.
8. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma required.
  
• Minimum of three (3) years of security driving, executive protection and/or related security service experience required.
