QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid and acceptable Certified Personal Trainers certificate (CPT) or a degree in an exercise science field
- Valid CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years personal training experience and or group fitness training.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized while effectively communicating in a positive and motivating manner
- Have a high level of understanding and presence on social media
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels and knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Embody a hustle and grind mentality to achieve company goals and be open to grow personally and professionally
- Reliable and available to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and some Saturdays.
- Computer savvy
- Be able to provide excellent customer service to our members
- Be a team player and able to clearly communicate with the team
