Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and can drive process transformation with minimal direction. This role is ideal for someone who is technically inclined, understands cloud migration (specifically AWS), and can value stream map complex processes to identify automation opportunities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement business processes across teams and systems.
Facilitate process scoping, design, and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop and maintain process documentation including workflows, policies, procedures, and training materials.
Partner with IT, product managers, and business units to support product discovery and definition.
Create epics, use cases, and user stories for agile sprints; refine backlog items for future sprints.
Support change management, readiness, and training efforts for process rollouts.
Monitor process performance and serve as a point of contact for questions and improvements.
Identify inefficiencies and waste using Lean Six Sigma principles (certification not required).
Value stream map processes to support cloud migration efforts, especially AWS (e.g., S3 bucket creation workflows).
Collaborate with technical teams to understand infrastructure requests (e.g., clusters, automation opportunities).
Flex between agile and waterfall methodologies as needed.
Prepare reports and synthesize data into actionable insights.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in a technology-related field.
57+ years of experience in process discovery and improvement.
Strong experience in healthcare or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management).
Proficiency in tools: SharePoint, MS Office/Visio, Jira, Confluence, Miro.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with AWS and cloud migration processes.
Strong business analysis and facilitation skills.
Light project management and coordination experience.
Ability to work independently with vague direction and drive outcomes.
Experience with value stream mapping and Lean Six Sigma concepts.
Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall environments. Healthcare industry experience (any segment).

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain a project tracking tool to improve workload estimates and assist with resource allocation for Data Communications project work.
+ Lead on-time completion of Data Communications engineering deliverables in support of Electric Transmission's capital plan, collaborating with engineers and field teams.
+ Coordinate assignments and scheduling for system-wide projects, including substation equipment upgrades and fiber network enhancements.
+ Streamline documentation processes for new communication equipment and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance for field personnel.
+ Use Microsoft Office Programs to create spreadsheets, develop written documents, document processes, and develop graphics for presentations using PowerPoint.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience**
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

+ Identifies, analyzes, develops, documents, and leads process improvements.
