-A CMDB/CSDM Business Analyst is a client-facing role and will be working with an engagement team to develop and implement CMDB/CSDM solutions for various engagements.

+ Create, update, and review processes and assets to ensure adherence to the CMMI model.
+ Conduct internal assessments against CMMI to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential improvements to the Organizational Set of Standard Processes - OSSP (analogous to QMS).
+ Prepare the organization for **formal appraisals** .
+ Interact with third party appraisers and participate in certification activities.
+ Coordinate with QMS focal to ensure processes and process assets meet multi-standard requirements.
+ Create, review, and approve all tailoring requests.
+ Integrate Boeing corporate processes into the Argon ST OSSP.
+ Create and deliver training both remotely and in person.
