**A Day in the Life**
The Business Process & Insights Analytics (BPIA) team is seeking a data-driven, process-oriented professional to join our dynamic group focused on transforming operational performance through analytics and strategic insights. This role supports contract and pricing with cross-functional teams by delivering high-impact reporting, uncovering process inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement across order to cash workstream.

+ Conducting root cause analysis and interpreting data to support contract and pricing decisions.
+ Ensures accuracy, identifies trends, and drives strategic improvements across pricing operations.
+ Administers, extends, and negotiates standard and non-standard contracts.
+ Conducts complex capital and service proposal preparation and contract administration activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
+ Prepares quotes, programs, processes specifications, progress, and other reports for leadership and marketing in a timely manner.
+ Provides guidance to the sales team of contractual obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information.
+ Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination.
+ Assist and drive internal transformation and improvement initiatives on process, reporting, and tools that help deliver operational excellence for the sales team.
+ Participate on internal calls with the field to discuss customer's goals and assist in creating solutions regarding capital and service opportunities.
+ Monitor contract performance and ensure timely renewals and amendments.
+ Communicates with internal and external customers.
+ May provide training to field partners and other employees within job area.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
+ Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.

The Director of Business Analysis & Process Improvement leads and directs process improvement initiatives by utilizing process improvement methodologies in the analysis of current operations and design of improvement projects across all areas that impact operations.
