Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with Process Optimization Leadership to drive DT's overall process optimization program, deploying LEAN Six Sigma methodologies and tools, where appropriate to improve business processes, in alignment with strategic and related programs
+ Identify, prioritize and lead process optimization initiatives that align with organizational goals, DT's enterprise strategy and that put the customer at the center of service delivery

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Train production staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical software, and process mapping tools.
  • Experience with CAD software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
