- Serve as the liaison between vendors, customer implementation team and sales to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status, delivery updates, and product availability.
- Collaborate with the finance team to address billing, credit, or payment discrepancies.
- Maintain records and reports within the CRM, Excel or other order management systems.
- Prepare regular order status reports for management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in order processing, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle or SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
