**Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Transaction Processing Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff processing consumer information for the state of Connecticut's Husky program.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring performance meets service required level agreements.
+ Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
+ Monitoring staff performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
+ Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
+ Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
+ Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
+ Writing and developing policies and procedures, as necessary.
**Qualifications**
+ Have a college degree.
+ Have two years of supervisory experience in a government service to consumers role.
+ Possess the ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations, and interviews.
+ Have proficiency with standard software and systems.
+ Ability to solve problems through analysis and ongoing feedback.

+ Ability to work onsite with some evening and weekend hours.

**Transaction Processing Associate reports directly to the Outreach Supervisor. Conducts presentations throughout the community on New Mexico Medicaid Program. Will meet with groups or individuals. Provide accurate information about the New Mexico Medicaid Program and can assist beneficiaries in enrollment and eligibility assistance for potential and existing New Mexico Medicaid beneficiaries. Processes eligibility applications and determines eligibility for the program. Enters eligibility information into a web-based computer system and references other NM-specific databases as appropriate. Follows up with beneficiaries with correspondence, performs file updates as information comes in, and assesses service/information. **
**What you will be doing:**
+ **Support the research process unit for the SBE (state-based exchange) and seasoned processor with strong knowledge of all systems used for processing - SME (subject matter expert).**
+ **Determine eligibility for NM Medicaid Program according to the NM Medicaid Care regulations/guidelines by reviewing documentation to accurately enter data into a web-based computer system and following procedures for running automated eligibility rules; prepare correspondence for missing information as appropriate; make outbound calls to obtain, clarify, or validate the information. **
+ **Process applications while maintaining an error rate of 5% or below. **
+ **Assist/train new staff and assist in the call center when needed. **
+ **Maintain good attendance and punctuality and work independently on projects. **
+ **Adhere to changes in policy and procedure and build relationships with the community and advocacy groups. **

The Opportunity
As part of the Financial Markets Business Advisory team you advise clients on complex financial structures and securitizations. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, focusing on impactful decision making and executive-level client relations.
