This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive procurement strategies that optimize cost savings, ensure supply chain reliability, and maintain high-quality standards for all goods and services acquired. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization, preferably within a complex organizational structure.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing a global procurement strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Leading and managing the procurement team, including setting performance goals, providing training, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Overseeing the entire procurement process, from needs identification and supplier selection to contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing vendor performance management.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic sourcing initiatives and achieving significant cost savings.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
