**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 20+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience, including experience as a procurement business partner accountable for 5-6 billion USD of spend.
+ Biopharma industry experience is preferred. Candidates from similarly structured, highly regulated industries with end-to-end value chain will also be considered.
+ Proven track record in leading a global procurement organization with exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
+ Progressive leadership experience in procurement across multicultural and global environments within a highly matrixed organization.

**U.S. Base Salary Range:**
$337,680.00 - $464,310.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. As the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), this position is responsible for providing exceptional procurement and business contract services to the entire campus. The CPO position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor-Business & Financial Services (BFS) and has a dotted line to the Vice Chancellor of Planning, Budget & Administration (PB&A), and is part of the BFS Leadership team. This position requires a high degree of collaboration with many functional units across the campus and coordination in a distributed access environment. The position is responsible for the leadership, strategic planning, and management of the Procurement Service and Business Contracts areas, with the support of two managers supporting Goods and Services and their staff. The CPO partners with the Vice Chancellor of PB&A on campus-wide procurement initiatives. The CPO is responsible for the development of value-added business processes, including enabling an efficient procure to pay process flow, optimizing cost savings on purchases, managing procurement card programs, and facilitating the business contract programs.

Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Execution is currently looking for a **Supply Chain Specialist** to join their team in **San Antonio, TX** . This role will support execution of supply chain solutions both internal to the Boeing Company as well as with external customers. All roles will contribute to process improvements and adherence to schedules and budgets for Boeing led programs at the Boeing San Antonio Site.
A successful candidate will have experience with supply chain management and logistics management.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Manages material demands for the C-17 program in San Antonio.
+ Knowledge of supply chain strategies (e.g., inventory reduction, kitting, supplier consolidation, optimum flow, lead-time reduction, warehouse inventory management).
+ Ability to learn and understand the "big picture" and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area. This includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.
+ Originates action(s) to improve existing conditions and processes; uses appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implements solutions, and measures impact.
+ Assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
+ Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.
+ A self-starter who demonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for one's actions. Exhibits a moral, legal or mental accountability in areas of responsibility.
**Basic Qualifications** **(Required Skills/Experience)**
+ 2 yrs Experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
+ Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
+ Experience with military logistics systems
+ Experience with an Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) system
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
+ Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
+ Experience in use or application of metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality performance
+ Experience with Boeing GOLD system
+ Experience with Due In From Maintenance (DIFM) management (also called "T" coded, reparable/rotable items, etc)

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market.
