**About the Role:**
The Coordinator will support the SAP Ariba system in the Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Spend Visibility modules as well as the Global Commercial Card Program. Paramount to this role is the analysis of the system or spend, training the user community, resolving issues and advocating for the use and expansion of each toolset. The ideal candidate will have some Ariba experience, Travel Booking or Commercial Card experience and possess strong communication skills to work with PVH internal teams.
**What You'll Do:**
Ariba:
+ Assist users with Ariba system navigation, order placements, receipt handling, status checks and address stakeholder and supplier inquiries.
+ Facilitate daily operational activities including clearing approval documents such as requisitions, POs, invoices, and receipts
+ Build relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross functional teams
+ Analyze opportunities and develop strategies to increase system usage and adoption
+ Assist Ariba Manager with testing to support projects
+ Promote supplier adoption through delivering training, sharing best practices, and engaging suppliers to transact electronically through the Ariba Network.
+ Validate and maintain user and supplier databases, run audit logs, execute scheduled tasks
+ Report on spending analytics and operational KPIs to management team
+ Maintain supplier catalogs with procurement managers to ensure accurate products and pricing
Global Commercial Card:
+ Administration of American Express Travel and Purchasing Cards
+ Develop, track and report program progress against goals to Manager
+ Provide support in a collection role, dealing with accounts 45-100 days overdue, working with HR and Senior Management and coordinating with Program Manager on accounting/finance issues (i.e. raising restricted spending limits, universal card changes, guarantees).
+ Monitoring monthly reporting for all and forward to appropriate parties, including exception reports, and maintain card defaults, accounting data, global mapping information
**What You'll Bring:**
**Experience:** 1-3 years Ariba support experience and/or 1-3 years Travel Booking or Commercial Card experience
**Education:** 4-year College Degree required
**Skills:**
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Pay Range:$63,000---$5,200
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.
