Job Summary
The primary role of the Live Online Producer is to provide excellent customer service to our clients as well as consultants. You will provide technical support as well as support client engagement during live online webinars via chat, text, or phone support.
Essential Job Functions
Support a variety of online webinar platforms including Zoom, Webex, & Microsoft Teams. Must be willing to learn additional platforms as needed.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal facilitators by providing clear communication and creative solutions to problems that may arise. This may include a short meeting prior to a webinar, logging into the session early, and being available for debriefing.
Troubleshoot audio/visual connection issues and provide ongoing technical support throughout the webinar such as muting attendees where needed or managing audio cues.
Provide feedback to improve the webinar experience for participants and facilitators.
Assist facilitators with administrative tasks such as capturing participant comments, distributing digital participant material, and taking attendance if needed.
Assist in other projects and administrative tasks as requested.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer service and/or call centers.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Some college
Ability to read and speak in Spanish
Proficiency with Outlook, Google Drive, and MS Teams.
Critical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly.
Motivated team player with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the demands of an international audience.

The Candlelight Theatre, located in historic Ardentown, Delaware (30 minutes from Center City, Philadelphia) is seeking non-union, singer/dancer/actors for its upcoming production of THE PRODUCERS , which runs January 17 to February 22, 2026. Director - Jody Anderson, Choreographers Jody Anderson and Scott Jacobs, Music Director Betsy Conner. The Candlelight Theatre encourages performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and ages, as well as performers with disabilities to attend auditions.
The Candlelight Theatre is a professional Dinner Theatre located in Ardentown, Delaware, approximately 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia. There are 3-5 performances per week. Housing is not provided.
THE PRODUCERS. In Mel Brooks laugh-out-loud spectacle, the plot is simple: a down-on-his-luck Broadway producer and his mild-mannered accountant come up with a scheme to produce the most notorious flop in history, thereby bilking their backers (all "little old ladies") out of millions of dollars. Only one thing goes awry: the show is a smash hit! Winner of a record 12 Tony Awards. Music and lyrics by Mel Brooks. Book by Thomas Meehan and Mel Brooks. Production licensed by Music Theatre International.

How To ApplyAuditions will be held by appointment at The Candlelight Theatre, 2208 Millers Road, Wilmington, DE 19810, on Monday, September 29, 6:00 10:00 pm and Tuesday, September 30, 6:00 10:00 pm. Callbacks will be scheduled if needed. Rehearsals begin on or around Monday, November 17, 2025 through Friday, January 16, 2026. The show runs January 17 February 22, 2026.
Please send (email) pictures and resumes to Bob Kelly, Artistic Director, , and indicate your preference for either a Monday or Tuesday audition slot. Emails will be sent to arrange audition times for selected applicants.
For auditions, please prepare 16 - 32 bars in the style of the show. Songs from the show are acceptable. An accompanist will be provided. Please provide clearly marked sheet music. No recorded tracks please. Be prepared to dance and please bring tap shoes. A tap combination will be given. Readings will be provided. Please come with headshot and resume stapled together.
All roles are open and paid. Additional restaurant opportunities, if desired, are available to supplement performance income.
