We are seeking a Product Analyst / Associate Product Owner to support enterprise applications within a leading financial services organization. This role is ideal for candidates with strong product management experience who enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and driving product excellence from discovery through delivery.
Location: Tempe, AZ, Columbus, OH, or San Antonio, TX (onsite)
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour (W2)
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through customer research, journey mapping, and market analysis.
+ Write detailed requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support product development.
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of system behavior (business logic and end-to-end data flow) to educate stakeholders and ensure robust requirements.
+ Refine user stories to a level that enables development and testing without defects or gaps.
+ Support product backlog management, ensuring two sprints are always refined and collaborating with the Scrum Master on sequencing.
+ Track and analyze product metrics across time, cost, and quality targets.
+ Provide input into the strategic product roadmap based on data, research, and customer insights.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the product development life cycle (PDLC), from discovery through delivery.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
+ Hands-on experience with requirements definition, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
+ Familiarity with API-based designs, microservices, and web services.
+ Strong communication skills with ability to write clear business requirements and executive presentations.
+ Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.

**Overview**
The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for supporting the product roadmap and vision, and collaborates with the IT team on the daily management of systems and applications used to support the business in the supply chain management function. TEKsystems' client is seeking an Analyst/Admin to assist in the deployment of Spok Smart Suite to multiple new facilities over the next 6 months. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working with all levels of leadership, developing within the SPOK smart suite platform, documenting the build, and pushing to keep testing on track for our phased go-live approaches. This role will primarily be a product analyst - someone who is assisting with requirement gathering from internal customers, assisting with workflow and deliverables, managing project timelines, and some build documentation and testing.

As the Product Analyst, you will work alongside high performing analysts and data scientists to enable data driven decision making around maximizing product usage and improving customer experience. Your key stakeholders will be product managers as you enable them to make data driven decisions about the business. You will build dashboards for product teams with relevant KPIs to monitor product usage. Using this data, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations based on quantitative research into product usage, user segmentation, and channel data.
**What You'll Work On**
-Interacts with the Lingo Product managers (across the Lingo Mobile App) and responsible for guiding product managers based on how features are performing using data.
-Responsible for understanding needs and translating into analytics requirements.
-Hands on data analysis to support decisioning making using SQL, Python, and other dashboarding and analytical tools.
-Refines and publish reports on a routine basis for tracking, monitoring trends and performance and where appropriate standardize globally.
-Product owner for Product Analytics tool responsible for implementation design and driving adoption of using available data and tools to make product decisions.
-Source appropriate data to create reports from requests needed to address specific business related questions or issues on an "ad hoc" basis.
-Design and build Tableau dashboards and other tools to support product managers.
-Investigate untapped data sources and potential new areas for analytics.
-Collaborate with technology leaders, business partners and peer groups regarding long and short-range analytics goals and strategy.
-Formulate analytical strategies for solving business problems and creating business opportunities.

They will work closely with the Senior Automation Engineer and team along with the Technology Solutions Lead to support a big backlog for MES batch records.
