**The Opportunity:**
You will provide process optimization support to US Navy, NSWCCD, Combatant Craft Division (CCD). Creating strategic documents focusing on short-, medium- and long-term desired results. This position is located in VA Beach, VA.
**Responsibilities:**
You will provide the following support services:
+ Conduct assessments, studies, analysis, and facilitation of CCD workflow process capture, documentation, streamlining recommendations and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) capture and codification.
+ Identify and assess critical inter and intra organization responsibilities and relationships.
+ Facilitate workflow sessions to capture both the 'as is' and 'as it should be' critical processes as directed by CCD leadership.
+ Develop a CCD workflow process and SOP guidebook worthy of delivering new hire training.
+ Develop a 5-year Strategic plan based on gaps discovered in the workflow processes capture.
+ Develop and maintain consolidated records of various formats (Power Point, WORD, EXCEL, Visio, etc.) to support reporting, data analysis, and communication related to this effort.
+ Evaluate data using analytical methods to provide defensible quantitative and qualitative results for any recommended workflow changes.

+ Experience and comfort with closely interfacing with senior executives
+ Exceptional writing skills
+ U.S. Navy Experience, especially any involvement with SPECOPS / Small Boat experience
+ Extensive MS Office experience to include all peripherals

Our team is responsible for managing a set of strategic analytics programs for suppliers and customers, supporting the Strategic Sourcing organization with commercial and market intelligence solutions, and identifying and developing new strategic plans and growth levers for our business.
The Consultant, Strategic Planning and Execution, is a critical role supporting the strategic direction and profitable growth of the SOURCE Generics Program. This position is responsible for performing calculations and developing solutions related to the SOURCE Generic rebates program, generating data-driven insights, optimizing our product offering, assisting in pricing activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer experience. Furthermore, this role serves as a key point of contact with internal and external audit partners, ensuring program regulatory compliance and accuracy. This individual also contributes to a positive team environment by mentoring others and driving a collaborative culture.
**Location** - Targeting individuals based local to Central Ohio, willing and able to work in a hybrid work environment (meaning in-office in Dublin Tuesday through Thursday)
**Responsibilities**
+ Supports the accurate and timely processing of strategic rebate programs for SOURCE Generics customers.
+ Develops tools/solutions which automate existing manual processes.
+ Interprets contract language into operational steps to calculate incentives.
+ Maintains a high level of documentation over critical processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions to meet customer needs.
+ Presents insights clearly and effectively to management and stakeholders.
+ Supports pricing strategies that maximize customer and enterprise value.
