**Compensation and Benefits**
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $5.26- 22.89.

* Must have an understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, and technologies; and campaign planning & buying (including RTB)
* Possess strong analytical framework and ability to problem solve highly technical issues
* Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to work with colleagues and external vendors at all levels; deep relationship building expertise
* Strong problem solving and consulting skills
* Must be able to see the big picture and be able to rally others behind that picture
* Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
* BA/BS Degree required
