Responsibilities include:
• Regularly collaborate with Business to identify and define new capability requirements and
sequencing based on business value
• Develops a complete vision for a new or changing feature, including how it will perform, how
performance will be measures, and how it will continue to evolve
• Maintain Global Product Roadmaps for Assortment Planning Products, including introduction
of new products as proofs of concept, upgrading from old to new product and divesting of
products at end of life;
• Make proposals that consider exciting tradeoffs – such as, between the needs of different
customer types, or critical metrics
• Ability to identify when functionality does not have desired affect and adjust roadmaps,
expectations and plans appropriately
• Consistently lead cross-functional, cross-Geography partner communication, including
operations and business process impacts/ value adds of features updates
• Mentor and develop junior product management talent
• Work with significant degree of autonomy
Desired Qualifications & Experiences:
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Technical Product Manager/ Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise Supply Chain Planning/ Inventory Management systems• Proficiency in Supply Chain processes and technology, predominantly in Supply chain planning(ex. Assortment planning, Demand Forecasting, Replenishments, Space planning)
• Ability to build and optimize global product roadmaps based on business value
• Demonstrated ability to work in a large, matrixed organization, successfully influencing others and establishing relationships
• Proven track record of implementing Assortment Planning solutions at scale, preferably in
Retail/e-Commerce space
• Good understanding of Retail, Inventory Management domains
• Proficiency in working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team
• Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting epics and user stories
• Proficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand needs
• Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value
• Proficiency in active listening and communicating at all levels
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Aha!
Standard Minimum Qualifications

As the **Principal Product Manager** for Assortment Strategy, you will be a key individual contributor reporting to the Director, Product Management. You will own the strategic vision and execution of the APD assortment, defining how we select the right products to maximize business value. You will leverage advanced analytics, AI solutions, and a deep understanding of end-to-end inventory flow to develop and drive the product roadmap. This role requires a leader who can influence without direct authority, mentor other product managers, and act as the subject matter expert for APD assortment.
This role will report to the Director, Product Management and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
**What You'll Do.**
+ Define and own the product roadmap and strategy for APD assortment, ensuring it aligns with the broader program goals and delivers on key business objectives.
+ Act as the subject matter expert and strategic lead for APD assortment, advising on product selection, new item introduction, and inventory optimization.
+ Utilize advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and build innovative solutions for assortment selection and optimization.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Product, Operations, and Engineering to gain alignment, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
+ Mentor and guide other product managers on the team, providing coaching on product strategy, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
+ Drive continuous improvement by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing product performance, and iterating on solutions to maximize value.
+ Represent the team in stakeholder discussions, communicating the product vision, strategy, and results to both technical and executive audiences.
**What You'll Bring.**
+ **7+ years of experience** in product management, with a track record of successfully leading complex, data-driven products from concept to launch.
+ Deep expertise in **advanced analytics** , including proficiency with SQL and a strong understanding of how to leverage AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems.
+ A strong understanding of **supply chain flows and in-store fulfillment processes** , with the ability to connect merchandising, software, and operational knowledge to achieve business goals.
+ Exceptional ability to **influence and communicate effectively** with a wide range of stakeholders, from engineers and data scientists to senior leadership.
+ Demonstrated experience defining product strategy and managing a product roadmap in a dynamic environment with multiple dependencies.
+ Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems through **data analysis and strategic thinking.**
+ Experience mentoring and coaching junior or mid-level product managers.

**What you'll do**
+ All phases of underground construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment
