**What you get to do in this role:**
The Platform & AI Customer Excellence (AI Center of Excellence) team will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering a portfolio of advisory and starter pack engagements in partnership with Sales, Inspire Value, AI Solution Success, Product Success, Platform Outbound Product Management, and Customer Excellence. As an **AI Architect** , you will drive customer outcomes, roadmap, and value realization for GenAI technology within your accounts through hands-on delivery of ServiceNow's GenAI capabilities and technical advisory activities. You will also lead GenAI enablement programs and GenAI Impact accelerators for the broader Customer Excellence organization.
+ Providing technical advice and guidance to customers on how to best utilize ServiceNow's GenAI technologies to achieve their business objectives
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow's GenAI solutions
+ Lead GenAI enablement programs for the broader Customer Excellence organization
+ Develop and deliver GenAI Impact Accelerators to drive customer outcomes and value realization
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of GenAI, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve and evolve ServiceNow's Impact GenAI accelerator offerings
+ Contribute to thought leadership and point-of-view documents, white papers, knowledge base articles, and other documentation to make information about ServiceNow's GenAI capabilities more accessible to the broader Impact Delivery organization, customers, and partners
**To be successful in this role, you must have:**
+ 5+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are desired
+ At least 8 years of experience in a technology advisory role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, is preferred

- Proficient in powertrain calibration and systems interactions (engine, transmission, mapping/PTDyno, fuel economy, emissions, drivability, OBD, etc).

- Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or similar engineer degree.
- 2+ years experience in Ford Powertrain Calibration with knowledge of current gas or hybrid ICE calibration processes and software.

About the Role
As a Technologist in Product Development , you will apply your scientific or engineering expertise to drive innovation in pet food. This hands-on role involves designing, formulating, testing, and scaling products that meet consumer needs while ensuring nutritional, functional, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate across disciplines and translate research into products that deliver real value for pets and their owners.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop products aligned with consumer insights, product briefs, and learning plans under the guidance of a manager.
- Formulate products to meet ingredient functionality, nutritional requirements, consumer needs, claims substantiation, operational feasibility, and financial targets.
- Conduct experiments ranging from rapid prototyping to benchtop, pilot plant, and full-scale production trials.
- Analyze and interpret data from process trials, chemical/physical testing, feeding and storage studies, and statistical analysis-drawing clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally, sharing insights and building integrated solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including ingredient and finished product specifications, reports, project updates, data analyses, and lab notebooks.
- Communicate technical data effectively through written reports, presentations, and discussions with R&D and business partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
- Knowledge and expertise in your field of study.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
