Our client is looking for a Product Performance Manager to join their team in Plantation, FL. This role will be filling in for someone that is going out on leave but there is potential for it to convert to a permanent role. The Product Performance Manager should be someone with strong analysis background mixed with technical skills that can retrieve data and knows how to use it. You will be working in Tableau and Big Query and should be well versed working in a BI tool. You will be retrieving data on specific products and reviewing to come to a conclusion on whether they are successful/worth the investment, etc.

**This is a hybrid position with a preference for 2-3 days/week in office.**
**Position Purpose:** The Manager, Product Performance is responsible for driving the product performance function for assigned products across multiple lines of business. The incumbent will serve as the primary contact for new product implementations and expansion of existing product lines and will develop policies and procedures and execute the specific business plan for new and existing products. In addition, this role oversees the review of product performance, the analysis of the performance of products, and the coordination of product improvement initiatives.
+ Monitor and manage commercial product portfolio performance for the segment(s), refresh strategy, and implement improvement measures as needed to achieve financial plan targets.
+ Support and execute strategies to manage cost structure and deliver competitively priced and compliant products to improve profit and loss statement performance, including tracking programs to manage medical costs, unit costs, and selling costs.
+ Support and collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to define and execute strategic priorities to ensure success of product.
+ Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with corporate leadership team and health plan leaders.
+ Evaluate enhancements to products to assess how they support strategic plan, membership enrollment and retention targets.
**Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of experience leveraging analysis to develop and manage initiatives to improve financial performance required. Prior experience in project management, implementations, finance, data analysis, or actuarial services preferred. Experience in healthcare administration and/or managed care including, but not limited to, health plan, provider, or health systems preferred. 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required.
**Experience Preferred:** Prior experience in managed care or the healthcare industry.
Prior experience using analysis tools or systems (ex. web based, custom, proprietary, etc.)
Experience in the implementation of new programs and products.
Experience documenting requirements, creating training materials and working directly with end users.Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year

The Analyst, Performance Analytics - **RBM Cardiac** product focus, utilizes and develops analytic tools to solve complex business challenges as well as support decision making that can have a considerable impact on the organization and patient health. This role supports both Medical Cost Management activities as well as Product Development efforts.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Analyse claims and authorization data to identify trends, calculate cost of care, and identify opportunities for Evolent to add value to customers
+ Working with peers and other teams to gather requirements and develop action plans to complete time sensitive projects more efficiently/effectively as well as identify opportunities for improving the reliability and validity of analytic reports
+ Using programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various forms to complete deliverables
+ Communicate technical concepts and implications to internal/external business customers.
+ Collaborating with internal/external business customers to understand their problems and objectives, solve business questions, and help them to achieve goals by performing statistical analysis, developing analytic models, creating data reports/dashboards using a variety of performance metrics
**The Experience You'll Need (Required):**
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably with a quantitative major (e.g. actuarial, statistics, operations research, mathematics, economics) or healthcare focus (health administration, epidemiology, public health, biology)
+ 1-3 years of professional experience in claims-based healthcare analytics with a payer, provider, vendor, or related healthcare consulting entity.
+ Strong proficiency with SQL, SAS, and Microsoft Excel
+ Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders to solve problems; ability to translate between business needs and analytical needs
+ Exceptionally strong analytical abilities, with track record of identifying insights from quantitative and qualitative data
**Finishing Touches (Preferred):**
+ Master's Degree, especially with a quantitative focus (e.g. data science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering)
+ Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and calculations such as DRGs, Revenue Codes, CPT Codes, RVUs, bundled payments, etc.
+ Working knowledge of healthcare claims; specifically, differences between institutional vs professional billing and various sites of care/service
+ Familiarity with value-based care and utilization management
+ Understanding of data systems and the critical thinking skills to solve new problems and adapt to changes in data architecture
+ Experience with other languages/platforms such as Python, R, SQL, Hadoop, AWS, ArcGIS
+ Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI.) and Microsoft PowerPoint
