Qualified applicant will need to understand State Street architecture and operating model to identify opportunities to augment/integrate with 3rd party tools and/or services. What you will be responsible for

As a Product Strategist you will be responsible for Front/Middle Office business engagement, understanding the customer's needs vs our current capabilities and recommending solutions for development and implementation. This role is critical for business planning and management from the Alpha Services Product organization. A successful candidate must have a strategic mindset, ability to collaborate, articulate a vision/roadmap and clearly communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

* Commercialization of products and services (how to price, articulate value proposition, sales support)
* Think outside the box in producing solutions that work on an end-to-end basis (Front, Middle, Back)
* Drive penetration into all segments of the bank (Asset Managers, Insurance, Asset Owners, Alts, Markets, etc)
* Articulate the vision, design the solution, assist as necessary to implement the solution (bring to life)
* Writing and presenting business cases that are supportable with appropriate financial (ROI) analysis
* Understand the macro growth drivers in financial markets and apply to approach and recommendations
* Understand competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate when common technology is used
* Partner effectively with broader product organization as well as delivery and client coverage teams

About the Role

This role sits at the core of Lenovo CTO Org's strategic PMO team, focusing on commercialization strategy for early-stage product concepts, driving some of the most critical strategic and commercialization initiatives in the company. As part of the team, you will not only shape R&D roadmaps and investment priorities but also assess the commercialization potential of emerging technologies or early-stage product ideas.

Key Responsibilities


Commercialization Assessment & Market Opportunity Analysis:

  • Assess market opportunities for emerging technologies and early product ideas, identifying high-potential applications and customer pain points.
  • Define top applications and market segments, analyzing trends, market size, and growth potential.
  • Map the value chain and competitive positioning, identifying existing and emerging players, investment trends, and industry disruptions.

Basic Qualifications:

Summary:
The Mortgage Product and Strategy Manager is responsible for mortgage product management including identifying and assessing product and channel structures relative to strategic needs and will make recommendations to senior management. Within the role there is an emphasis on developing, planning, and executing on program functions for unique Community Lending mortgage needs. The Manager will set the vision for technology investments for mortgage products from the business' perspective and work with Secondary Marketing/Capital Markets to develop investor strategies or product structures to limit risk. Serves as business segment relationship manager for key technology relationships, including responsibility for quarterly/semi-annual business reviews, SLA management, and strategic roadmap.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the development of innovative and creative programs to address community needs including but not limited to new mortgage products and new pricing strategies for those products. Will seek to develop pilot programs, which may or may not be geographically based and will evaluate and manage the risk of new programs.
+ Responsible for maintaining and reporting on the product management functions of mortgage, including relationships with investors, such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, in order to obtain and disseminate any changes in product or investor guidelines. Must coordinate any investor changes with Secondary/Pricing, Servicing, Sales, Credit and Operations.
+ Responsible for coordinating new business risk assessment process with Risk Management partners.
+ Responsible for strategies for future development and the financial management of the systems with a focus on s ervice to our internal end-users and our customers through technology solutions. Drives efforts towards standardization of workflows, processes & metrics. Prioritizes projects and provides regular reporting to mortgage leaders for any key technology-based enhancements and projects, including project status and risk assessment.
+ Ensures successful execution on approved initiatives, which include new product development, new or enhanced technology, risk mitigation or operational efficiencies.
+ Leads business project management efforts, change management, organizational readiness, and will drive the engagement with internal and external partners. Ensures appropriate contingency plans are in place.
+ Responsible for v endor management, including working with Corporate Sourcing in the establishment of contracts, statements of work and related service level agreements.
+ Manages a team of product and technology professionals.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree with advanced coursework preferred
+ 10+ years' related experience, preferably in Mortgage product or technology
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with lending profitability drivers and mortgage products
+ Proven ability to speak to senior management, present to governance committees, and to manage complex projects
+ Understanding of corporate governance functions

Senior Product Marketing Manager Sales Strategy

Were looking for a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Sales Strategist to join our Product Marketing team, to help close our biggest opportunities and grow long-term customer value. As the key partner to Sales, Client Success, and Growth teams, youll help drive net new ACV, increase NRR, and support renewals by aligning Skais value to each customers unique business goals and challenges. This role sits within the Product Marketing team and works across AMER and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide account-specific recommendations that meet the opportunity criteria, including custom approaches to winning the deal, insight-led messaging and narratives, tailored roadmap sessions, executive presentations, and renewal/upsell decks. Willingness to be bold and creative with deliverables is key.
  • Contribute to major deal support initiatives and pilot personalized engagement concepts (e.g., videos or use-case-focused collateral). Help develop content for pricing conversations, executive meetings, and business reviews.
  • Craft custom one-pagers, slides, and narratives that connect Skais product value to each clients unique needs and challenges, informed by vertical, ICP, and opportunity stage.
  • Partner closely with Sales (Enterprise, Emerging, Growth, and Agency), Client Success, and cross-functional teams to identify target accounts and align on key messaging, value drivers, and engagement strategies.
  • Deliver tailored support for existing customers at risk of churn or with strong growth potential, in collaboration with Growth and Client Success leaders.
  • Ensure requests meet criteria and deadlines by owning intake through PMM request forms, validating ACV and opportunity stage, and maintaining a two-week lead time where possible. Balance bandwidth and prioritize based on opportunity value and urgency.
  • Be key ears and eyes on the streets with the market, to then influence product roadmap discussions or feedback loops into Product and Marketing teams.

  • 5+ years in product marketing, solutions consulting, strategic sales, or similar role within Retail Media
  • Experience working directly with Sales and Client Success teams to support high-value, strategic opportunities

In this position, you will support the Global Product Ownership - Cyber group with strategy, product and underwriting, and general management functions, including coverage and rate review, underwriting of unique cyber opportunities, product performance, accumulation management and thought leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Product performance management and rate development - Work with internal partners, such as Pricing, Financial Planning and Analysis, Global Corporate Underwriting, and Cyber Claims, to gather and analyze data relevant to product performance and to propose adjustments to product pricing, composition, coverage, and processes based on that analysis. Support the implementation any resulting changes.
+ Coverage development and strategy - Partner with business unit cyber leads and client facing staff to monitor, collect and share market intelligence on competitive insurance offerings and build strategies for developing and deploying appropriate responses. Sheppard proposed coverage changes through internal approval processes and support the implementation of changes through activities such as training and filing support.
+ Underwriting of unique cyber opportunities - Collaborate with business unit cyber leads to evaluate and underwrite large, complex or unique cyber opportunities or programs.
+ Thought leadership - Represent HSB internally and externally in the development and deployment new, value-added cyber capabilities, and to reinforce HSB's leadership position in the market.
Education and Experience:
+ A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
+ 5+ years of insurance underwriting experience and/or product management
+ 3+ years of experience with cyber insurance desired but not required
+ 3+ years of experience with specialty (D&O, E&O, EPL, etc.) or general liability insurance desired but not required
+ An understanding of the basics of artificial intelligence desired but not required
+ Vendor management experience
+ CPCU or equivalent underwriting certification desired, but not required
