A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Product Training Specialist to join their EHS organization in the Woodlands, TX. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the successful adoption of the ServiceNow platform and associated workflows across global business units. This role will ensure that end users, business process owners, and stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the new system. On a day to day basis, this person will be creating system and end-user documentation and training materials, liaising with SMEs/trainers across different business units, as well as the integration/implementation partner to understand the business requirements and applicable use of the ServiceNow tool. This person will be required to attend certain trainings as an extra layer of support, and provide occasional ad-hoc end-user support for ServiceNow related questions or issues. This role is onsite 4 days/week (Fridays remote) in the Woodlands, and will likely be required to participate in global calls in the evenings and/or early mornings.
This role is paying between 50 - 60/hr. depending upon years of experience and education level.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Insights & Intelligence (i2) is reimagining decision making at Northrop Grumman and driving our data, analytics & AI transformation. As part of our Chief Information & Digital Office, i2 works with all enterprise domains and businesses.
As the i2 Product and Training Delivery lead, your background as a training, change management, or user experience professional will ensure that we have a comprehensive approach to launch, training, adoption, and organizational change management.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive product delivery approach for the i2 portfolio including standards and best practices for end user training, communications, and support
+ Support the development and delivery of end-user training for AI and analytics products as well as annual compliance training related to the protection of data and responsible use of AI
+ Partner across our delivery teams to develop methods and metrics to assess user feedback, training effectiveness and product usage
+ Assess and analyze user feedback, training effectiveness, and product usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and adapt strategies accordingly
+ Coordinate efforts across team members and serve as a people manager for a small team focused on training
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Must have a minimum of 8 Years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree OR 6 Years of relevant experience with a Masters Degree OR 10 years of relevant experience with an Associates Degree OR 12 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a keen focus on detail to ensure flawless execution
+ Proven experience with company-wide product rollouts and associated organizational change
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors or advanced Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, IT or related discipline
+ Proficiency as an administrator with Northrop Grumman's learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow knowledge articles and service catalog capabilities
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to abstract meaningful insights from training and feedback data
+ Demonstrated experience in training content development, curation, and deployment
Primary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $193,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Purpose:
The Clinical Trial Learning & Training (CTL&T) organization develops and implements training strategy and design for clinical trial training and Global Clinical Operations (GCO) functional role-based global onboarding programs. This includes determining training needs, developing, and implementing strategic learning initiatives, and leveraging resources to deploy the training plan. CTLT delivers impactful learning and training programs that address gaps and build capabilities to meet future needs while ensuring compliance with relevant Regulations, Standards, and Good Clinical Practice. The organization aims to enhance the effectiveness of learning for those conducting clinical trial activities, improve site engagement/satisfaction and enhance preparedness of GCO roles that support portfolio services.
The Senior Manager is responsible for deploying training strategy and delivery across clinical trial, specific to investigational product preparation/administration and role-based training programs. This includes oversight of processes, along with leading projects to bring best-in-class training across the globe. The Senior Manager will engage with key stakeholders, vendors, and lead teams/peers responsible for training creation, facilitation, and delivery. This role will partner with team members to lead enhanced site facing interactions and compliance related operations for investigational product preparation and administration in support of portfolio services.
You will be responsible for :
- Provides leadership and direction to internal team to deliver high quality communication and training for investigational product preparation instructions to internal sponsor staff and with investigational sites.
- Understands intended training/scientific roles and competencies to define necessary training strategy and deliver investigational product preparation instructions.
- Collaborates with the Director, GCO Learning & Training to enhance the organizational strategy for effective design, development, deployment, and administration of training programs that support internal business objectives.
- Keeps abreast of training and clinical development research, specifically early development techniques and investigational products, within/out of industry.
- Sets expectations for creative and effective training modalities as the norm for the overall training strategy, in partnership with Learning Strategy.
- Leads departmental initiatives connected to creation, delivery, maintenance, and evaluation of investigational product preparation education.
- Effective leadership skills, ability to develop and implement strategies, and to foster team productivity and cohesiveness is required.
- Support pharmacy/investigational product related inspection readiness activities and provide inputs and follow up on audit CAPAs.
- Monitor key risk indicators, escalate, and mitigate as required.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to collaborate and handle multiple priorities within a matrix environment is required.
- Evaluates data from various inputs and makes recommendations for changes to strategy.
- Executes the organizational strategy that will support continuous learning, knowledge management, success measurements and continuous improvement.
- Contributes to the definition and development of new processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organizational/ business strategies, with a direct impact on business unit/function overall results for all areas of focus within CTL&T.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy/PharmD is highly preferred
Required:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of previous pharmaceutical, CRO, or investigational site experience and compounding experience in clinical or hospital setting
- Business experience working in education and/or training c apacity
- People management and leadership experience
- Oncology experience
- Early Development/First-in-human previous clinical trial experience
- Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical research operations and regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP, GMP and applicable regulations
- Familiarity with global site practices
- Highly effective personal leadership skills with demonstrated competency interfacing with all levels of the organization including senior leaders
- Experience in R&D process requirements to successfully drive GCO Compliance productivity, strategy optimization, process improvements and efficiencies including optimal development and management of training content, approaches, and delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as proven conflict management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, One Note), Office 365 and SharePoint (or other similar collaboration tools), and graphical tools that enables to the ability to organize complex ideas visually
- Ability to travel 10-50% of the time, defined by business needs

The anticipated base pay range for this position in the US is $137,000 to $35,750.
The anticipated base pay range for this position in San Francisco Bay Area is 168,000 to 271,400.
