**What does a successful Production Analyst do at Fiserv?**
You will join the team at our Indianapolis location, and you will provide support to supervisors, managers and associates by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Coach, train, assign, and check the work of production generalists.

+ Assist manufacturing supervision with monitoring service, training, production schedules, and handling day to day administrative tasks in the department including data entry
+ Prepare reports, collect and display data using various systems

**What you will need to have:**

The Plant Controller Tennessee Battery Plant will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up operating team, developing the foundation of Production Analysis from ground up. The Tennessee Battery Plant, located in Stanton, Tennessee, is a new greenfield electric battery plant located at BlueOval City.
The Tennessee site will employ approximately 2,500 employees. The **Senior Production Analyst** will:
+ Provide inputs to SUPSHIP and Program Office, monitor and audit contractor shipbuilding production efforts.
+ Assist in testing, production, or maintenance by supervising production in factories, determining the causes of breakdowns, and the testing of manufactured products to maintain quality.
+ Estimate the time and cost to complete projects.

Leidos has an immediate opening for a Production Analyst/Project Scheduler to support a National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Modernization Program within the Office of Stockpile Modernization. This individual will contribute to maintenance of and reporting on the NNSA integrated master schedule (NIMS) and also provide broader project controls support. The individual will support the Federal Program Manager (FPM), as well as liaise with other Defense Programs (DP) offices, the Department of Defense (DOD), and the Laboratories, Plants, and Sites (LPS). The work performed is extensive in scope and requires an experienced individual with demonstrated project controls expertise, the ability to execute work independently while collaborating within a highly functioning team environment, and the capacity to interface with a broad range of federal and military senior staff and leadership. This is a full-time contractor-support position located on-site at the NNSA offices in Albuquerque, NM.
Project Controls compiles and analyzes the deliverables from the LPSs. Prepares monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual, and ad-hoc reports to support the program and program operations. Identifies and delivers data products to the Federal Program Office (FPO) and Federal Program Manager (FPM) to support programmatic deliverables. Works with the FPO to review LPS deliverables and provides feedback on data quality and identifies errors for adjudication on subsequent cycles. A key element is developing and maintaining the NIMS for the FPO from individual site project summaries and detailed schedules. This position requires advanced knowledge in the field of nuclear weapons programs and Primavera/P6 expertise.

+ Assists with customer interactions, including arranging and documenting periodic reviews and tracking integration and analysis of the individual project schedules and presenting status to internal or external customers.

+ Provide schedule health assessments as well as critical path analysis for the components and systems and provide necessary inputs to all program reports.

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years relevant experience or a Master's degree in a related field with 6+ years relevant experience
+ Demonstrated expert level experience with Primavera P6
+ Active DOE security clearance or an active DOD Top Secret clearance

+ Knowledge of/or experience with project management best practices and principles

Join an integrated government-industry team as a **Navy Missile Production Analyst** in **Arlington, VA** to provide technical expertise to management of production material and processes for high tech systems. Serco provides technical support to its customer, a defense acquisition program management office which is responsible for the development, acquisition, production, fielding, and lifetime support of surface ship missile systems. This mid-to-senior-level position has aspects of defense acquisition production management, systems engineering, and other related skills.

**In this role you will:**
+ Provide support in the areas of Missile production, systems engineering and finance.
+ Maintain cognizance over missile production issues, risks, materials, and processes.
+ Assist the Production Director in maintaining technical oversight over missile production.
+ Assist in formulation of risk mitigations and identify potential gaps and shortfalls in meeting production requirements.
+ Coordinate with acquisition and financial team to assist with the preparation of budget documents, congressional briefing material, and adjudicating budget marks.
+ Coordinate with Assistant Program Managers in preparation and maintenance of missile spend-plans to include forecasted work requirements to support source-funding requirements.
+ Work with the missile OEM to understand technical and budget issues impacting missile production; coordinate with various support activities to meeting production requirements and tasking; analyze requirements, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluations, plans & procedures, support data collection and analysis, and report status and results; understand System Engineering concepts, acquisition lifecycle framework, and technical review processes.
+ Support missile Test & Evaluation activities including requirements analysis, test scenario development, test resource planning, test planning and execution, and post-test performance assessment analysis working with the program office, OEM, Navy labs and Field Activities, and the internal program office test team.
+ Support and coordinate program office efforts related to integration of new production missiles into new and existing ship classes and combat systems.
+ Provide meeting support such as developing agendas, slides, and meeting minutes for production meetings; assist with technical and acquisition documentation and/or briefing development, review, and comment adjudication.
+ Use Microsoft Office skills (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and is willing to learn other programs as needed.
