Industrial Production Manager Job Duties: Manages the materials procurement, purchasing, and production planning. Ensures that production stays on schedule and within budget. Bases on inputs from MRP (customer orders, forecast and buffer stock), creates, monitors and tracks production plans and schedules and shop orders. Researches material shortages and coordinates with purchasing organization to ensure material supply chain supports production plan. Monitors actual production at contract manufacturer to ensure that schedules are being executed timely and effectively. Streamline the production process. Analyze assembly and production data. Write production reports. Create ways to make the production process more efficient. Fix any production and logistic problems. Hire, train, and evaluate workers. Monitor the workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements. Determine whether new machines are needed or whether overtime work is necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields and two (2) years experience in production management, including: Production planning and management, logistics, and materials management. Experience in complex supply chain and evaluate problems/information. This position is focused exclusively on the sale of commercial real estate transactions in the Industrial asset class. Investment Sales Advisory Analysts have the opportunity to be involved in every stage of a transaction, including underwriting, market research, property tours, and preparation of offering memorandums, marketing and term sheet negotiation, closing and client meetings / events. Will work in a high-energy, team-focused environment.

• Prepare investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries.
• Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions and utilize market and JLL data / comps to correctly underwrite a transaction.
• Manage the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction, and be in constant communication with the Producer, the market and the Client. Use this information from the marketing process to assist clients in making decisions related to their business plan and capital structure.
• Must understand and review real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.) to determine if any issues exist and determine what could be a concern.
• Develop and recommend financing alternatives to present to the Producer.
• Begin to build client network within the industry through meetings, events and involvement in real estate trade organizations.
• Participate in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and review new client leads.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial analysis environment; mortgage or commercial real estate industry preferred.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal quantitative, writing, and communication skills; able to interface with top level executives.
• Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Argus experience preferred.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant production and ensuring the quality standards are met and monthly production goals are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations to ensure product quality and meet monthly production goals.
• Supervise and schedule staff, including work assignments/rotations, employee training, PTO management, overtime allocation, and coverage for absent employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and report production data weekly, monthly, and annually to the Plant Manager.
• Develop, write, and maintain documentation, such as work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other relevant production materials.
• Recommend capital improvements and process enhancements when necessary.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to resolve production-related issues at the facility.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely repairs and a proper inventory of spare parts.
• Enter and approve service requests for maintenance support as needed.
• Recommend or initiate personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, and corrective/attendance counseling.
• Assist the Plant Manager and HR in resolving personnel issues, complaints, or grievances.
• Accurately report findings to relevant personnel and complete necessary documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews for staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Counsel and train staff on work-related issues and assist in correcting job-skill deficiencies.
• Foster team development by promoting mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Enforce Company, MSHA safety regulations and guidelines strictly.
• Regularly inspect work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and provide employee safety training.
• Assist with miscellaneous production tasks (e.g., housekeeping, basic labor tasks) as directed by the Plant Manager.
• Work in a physically demanding environment.
• Some travel to other plant locations within the United States may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required - OR - an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, mining, or aggregate environments.
• Experience in plant operations.
• At least 3 years of management experience with a proven record of managing multiple people and projects while maintaining high levels of production.

Compensation:
$120,000-$140,000 per year

• Pick, pack, sort, count, and store items per procedures and customer requirements
• Receive incoming goods, verify type, quantity, and documentation
• Operate distribution equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Work in temperature-controlled environments:
  • Room Temp: 59-86°F
  • Cold Room: 36-46°F
  • Freezer Room: -4 - 23°F
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow proper shipping/receiving protocols
• Ensure daily punctuality and consistent attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (logistics/life sciences preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain schedule reliability
• Experience with powered industrial trucks (at varying heights)
• Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Outlook, shipping software)

• Ability to lift/push/pull 25-50 lbs; frequent walking, standing, reaching, and climbing
• Exposure to moderate to high noise levels
• May handle packaged hazardous materials
• Flexible to shift changes, overtime, and occasional local travel
• Must maintain performance under potential physical and operational stress
