Job Summary
The IRONMAN Group is seeking a creative social media design intern to support social media production for all of The IRONMAN Group's brands, including IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3, the Rock 'n' Roll Running Series, UTMB World Series events and other events in the portfolio. This is a unique graphic design role that will support the Global Digital and Social Media team. The ideal candidate is confident, driven, willing to learn, and interested in the crossover of graphic design and digital media within the growing endurance sports industry. This is an unpaid position with 20 hours/week for college credit only. The start date of the position is March, with a minimum duration of the position until the end of October/November.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.

**Qualifications**
**Requirements:**
+ 7+ years of experience in video production, including **DRTV, CTV, short form, and Social video.**
+ Demonstrated experience managing **large-scale production pipelines and cross-functional workflows.**
+ Proven **operational excellence in business-facing production management** including accounting, invoicing, and legal processes.
+ Comfortable presenting creative concepts, production plans, and recommendations to business leads and cross-functional stakeholders articulating decisions, and recommendations.
+ This role **requires travel to productions** as needed to serve as on-site leadership, ensuring shoots are executed on time, on budget, and to compliance and strategic expectations.
+ Deep understanding of **performance marketing and video optimization best practices.**
+ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage projects independently and escalate only when needed.
+ Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven, and data-informed environment.**
+ Expert in balancing **speed, quality, compliance, and cost efficiencies.**
