The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000. Position SummaryThe Delivery Coordinator (Delco) is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products and to communicate statuses and delivery plans to the Customer Service Representatives and the Delivery Assurance Manager. They are the main point of contact for internal customers.
Essential Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and direct internal and external customer orders through the manufacturing process.
- Respond to delivery related or product related inquires as needed. This includes direct communication with plant operations, shipping, and quality.
- Daily engagement the Delivery Assurance Manager to identify delivery risks, barriers and delivery status.
- Constantly looking to identify obstacles early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.
- Identify and participate in resolution of process flow routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain delivery schedules to ensure timely completion (horse blankets, LOB, etc.), Communicate clear and timely status' through tools to upstream customers.
- Work closely with site operations to ensure stable workflow of orders, priorities, and stock management (i.e., stagnant WIP, work order issues, holds). This includes direct communication with the Master Schedulers, Materials Managers and Central Planning Manager.
- Some sites will require the Delivery Coordinator to schedule production. You will use site scheduling tools to set clear scheduling, adhering to capacity and specific site limitations. With sites that have a master scheduler, work closely to ensure timely release and correct flow of production orders.
- Identify and direct resolution of process flow routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in cross-functional discussion in delivery clinics to identify root cause and prioritized corrective actions.
- Identify and direct resolution of supplier capacity issues and drive action plans to mitigate delivery and capacity risk.
- High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred. Candidates that do not have a high school diploma or high school equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment to be considered for the role.
- Background in manufacturing environment and Bachelor's degree preferred
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college in business, engineering, or materials management required with a minimum of 4 years' customer service experience in aerospace manufacturing or closely related industry.
- Or, a High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years' customer service experience in aerospace manufacturing or closely related industry

As a Production Control Analyst, you will be the primary contact for manufacturing for all material related needs. Work with others to solve all inventory discrepancies, correct minimum and maximum stock levels them in the system, and implement procedures to prevent future problems.
