Our newest factory, located along the Virginia border, breathes new life into a former brewery, creating an innovative and technologically advanced pet food manufacturing facility. We have transformed the existing structure in Rockingham County to produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan®, Purina ONE®, and Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets®. As a Production Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for continuous analysis of variance results and losses of raw and packaging materials and finished product. This role works closely with Manufacturing and Finance teams within the factory to support the collection, entry, and reporting of manufacturing records and inventory management functions. You will also validate accuracy of consumptions performed by Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications and operators on the factory floor to ensure traceability. Your role directly affects costing, material requirements planning and performance reporting. Additionally, you will work with Production Operators on factory floor consumption processes to ensure accuracy and traceability of product.
+ Responsible for continuous analysis of variance results and losses of raw and packaging materials and finished product
+ Perform daily inventory walks to help ensure inventory accuracy
+ Complete production orders accurately and in a timely manner
+ Ensure accuracy of inventory through regular cycle count process
+ Validate accuracy of consumptions performed by MES applications and operators on the factory floor to ensure traceability
+ Enter consumptions of raw materials and packaging into production orders
+ Work with Production Operations on factory floor consumption processes to ensure accuracy and traceability of product
+ Work with Production and Warehouse Operations to ensure WMS integrity and accuracy of product movements throughout the facility
**Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1+ years' experience with materials, accounting, inventory management, or production systems in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $42,000 to $58,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. - Identify and define data quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.
- Coach and mentor business partners and team members on software licensing effectiveness.
- Become a trusted software licensing advisor through the creation of business partnership.
- Provide software licensing and compliance recommendations and advancements based on trending and technology changes.
- 7+ years of analysis and reporting experience in Software Asset Management, Software License Management, Software Compliance Management, Software Audit Defense or IT Asset Management
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, SNOW, Aspera or other similar discovery tools
- Must have experience working in large enterprise environments
- Highly preferred knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based software licensing metrics and End User License Agreements, for a multitude of software vendors
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Experience managing and working with internal stakeholders and external vendors, who have direct and indirect relationships
- Ability to manage across organizational boundaries, with the goal of understanding drivers and influencers
- Proficiency with Excel
- Experience driving measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and costs
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Strong dispute resolution and collaboration skills
