Job Description
**Essential Duties:**
+ Perform in-process inspections on manufacturing products along side the operators using various precision measuring equipment.
+ Ensures manufactured parts conform with all customer requirements through the completion of detailed inspection plans/reports.
+ Identifies and segregates all non-conforming parts found during product inspection through the completion of non-conforming material reports, and provide feedback to operators during operation.
+ Assists with customer required "over-inspection", to minimize machine/ operator down time.
+ Use safe practices and comply with all company policies, procedures and health, safety and environmental regulations, as required.
+ Follow all safety requirements pertaining to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
+ Maintains work space before, during, and after each scheduled shift in accordance with 5S principles.
+ Complete all paperwork correctly and legibly. Perform all tasks with minimal supervision.
+ Contribute to team effort by performing other supporting tasks as directed by the direct supervisor.

+ High School degree, GED or equivalent.
+ 3+ years' experience in manufacturing, in a Quality capacity is a preferred.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.

Quality Inspector – Final Assembly
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure fabricated sheet metal products meet customer specifications and high-quality standards. This role is key to reducing defects and supporting production teams.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections of sheet metal components and assemblies.
Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Check for defects such as scratches, dents, weld issues, or finish problems.
Document inspection results and flag non-conforming parts.
Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (technical degree a plus).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings and identify quality issues.
Good communication skills; ability to work well with teams.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 a plus.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Program Summary
The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.
Job Summary
You will serve as the Internal Quality representative for the Production Section reporting directly to the Quality Manager. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to make decisions that improve the Marine Corps' equipment readiness, maintenance quality, performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Conducts detailed technical inspections on Military Equipment, SL3 requirements for supply production and medical section.
+ Interpret and communicate technical manual requirements to workforce and management.
+ Analyze and display Global Combat Support Systems Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), and Marine Corps Preposition Information Center (MCPIC) data to ensure that equipment is ready for delivery to the customer.
+ Monitor and update the Quality Management System Data Base (eQMS) and download reports for senior management meetings.
+ Ensure that all customer generated quality complaints are answered properly and in a timely manner.
+ Interpret the Statement of Work and how it applies to the production commodity, supply chain and medical units.
+ Serve as liaison to government Quality Assurance Equipment Specialists, facilitates and maintains an excellent working relationship with all government counterparts.
+ Monitor the activities of all personnel engaged in the Production and Medical maintenance process, to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
+ Utilize quality data and reports to identify trends and process deficiencies utilizing quality tools.
+ Provide quality presentations and metrics to brief senior leadership and make recommendations on ways to improve quality and reduce non-conformances.
+ Coordinate with management to brief and train employees on the techniques and tools to identify, analyze, and lead efforts to solve problems and to provide improved customer satisfaction.
+ Conduct training on processes within the assign sections.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements, establish and leads teams to implement process improvement initiatives and documents team progress.
+ Collect, monitor, display, interpret, and communicate process metrics to senior management team.
+ Achieve quality performance and productivity goals.
+ Provide coordination with other groups to accomplish tasks outside normal areas of responsibility.
+ Develop procedures as needed and make recommendations to improve ISO documents.
+ Attend all quality-related meetings and technical presentations.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
+ Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Security clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.
+ Must have a minimum of 4 years of directly related work experience as a warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
+ Must possess working knowledge of MCO 4790.2_, MCO P _, GCSS-MC and applicable reports.
+ Requires an in-depth understanding of Marine Corps policies, regulations, and orders.
+ Must possess knowledge and application of quality assurance principles and techniques.
+ Requires knowledge and understanding of maintenance management functional areas.
+ Must have Working knowledge of DoD publications and associated resources to include Marine Corps Publication Distribution System (MCPDS).
+ Must have robust ability to use standard commercial word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and statistical software applications.
+ Must comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.
Preferred Qualifications
+ USMC MOS 3051, 3043
+ Completed applicable related training through progression in rank in the USMC such as NCO/SNCO or supply chief school.
+ Familiar with Six Sigma, Lean or other process quality improvement methods.
+ Green/Yellow Belt training.
+ ISO Lead Auditor certification.
