We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to work in our liquid plant, handling the transfer and management of chemicals in an industrial setting. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate pumps to transfer chemicals efficiently.
+ Utilize forklift equipment to manage chemical totes and drums.
+ Connect hoses to tanks for liquid chemical transfer to totes/drums.
+ Manually handle or use a sit-down forklift to move 35-pound chemical totes.
+ Verify product details through written documentation during loading/unloading.
+ Label drums and totes accurately.
+ Engage in consistent heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
+ Work in peroxide and hazardous material transloading departments for chemical transfer.
+ Drive a Spotter truck to move containers on the property.
