You will be overseeing inspection teams, inspection processes and testing of materials, parts and products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality and endurance. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

+ Oversee and monitor the inspection and testing materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality, customer, and industry standards.
+ Devise, improve, and review current and new specifications and procedures for products or processes. Ensure staff training on these specifications and procedures.
+ Develop and analyze data to determine causes of defects or other problems with products and processes. Including but limited to testing processes; PMI, NDE, Pressure Testing.
+ Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality and customer issues.
+ Lead and manage the Corrective Action program. Active member of the problem solving working group.
+ Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. Monitor work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.

+ Associate's Degree; Technical/Trade School preferred
+ 4+ years of related experience in a similar role
+ Automotive Quality IATF 16949 training

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for testing raw materials and finished products in our Quality Control laboratory. You will ensure that all products meet established specifications through rigorous chemistry and microbiological analysis.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct routine and non-routine chemistry and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process formulations, and final products to established specifications.
+ Utilize and operate laboratory equipment and instruments according to laboratory work instructions or procedures, including pH, conductivity, UV, KF, FTIR, and titrations.
+ Understand and follow Quality Control test methods or compendia methods (USP, EP, BP, JP, or ACS) and EXCIPACT standard.
+ Calculate and generate data for compliance to specifications and report results.
+ Perform technical review of lab data forms such as water, environmental monitoring, and direct measure analysis.
+ Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
+ Enter final results and raw data for tested materials or products in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) as needed.
+ Perform investigative analysis to support investigations, complaints, or instrument troubleshooting.
+ Conduct Environmental Monitoring duties, which require gowning into cleanroom and collection of air and surface samples.
+ Review discrepancies in data, manufacture COA, COC, and perform data verification in accordance with company procedures.
+ Apply appropriate disposition labels to materials (accepted, rejected, etc.).
+ Handle hazardous materials using all appropriate or mandatory safety PPE and safety equipment.
+ Complete documentation in a legible manner and review for accuracy.
+ Perform sampling and testing for USP Purified water and Water for Injection.
+ Author, review, or update lab procedures and Lab instruments Work Instructions.
+ Perform microbiological tests such as bioburden, endotoxin, Dnase, Rnase, Protease, and Phosphatase using proper aseptic techniques.
+ Prepare and properly dispose of microbial media.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in a science discipline with knowledge and experience in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
+ 3 years of laboratory experience in a related field.
+ Proficiency in wet chemistry and microbial testing (e.g., Acid/Base Titrations, water content, Bioburden, Endotoxin).
+ Strong understanding of aseptic techniques.

Perform QC review of study data and perform inspections. Monitor and track common errors and assist with document modification to reduce error and deviations. Assist with implementing and monitoring quality control (QC) standards, methods, and procedures.

+ Performs receipt inspections of goods at supplier's facilities to determine compliance with requirements, verifies certified material test records.
+ Inspections may involve complex materials (e g: titanium, P91, other alloys) or equipment (e g: compressors, transformers, heat exchangers, etc.)
+ Verifies shop welding and welding documentation, applied coatings and linings meets code and specification requirements including review of Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) records.
+ Advises issues discovered during the inspection that could jeopardize the safety, integrity or acceptance of the items inspected.
+ Determines any non-conformances, participates in corrective actions, and ensures appropriate resolution and documentation occur.
+ Prepares, reviews and/or generates records, reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required in compliance with procedures including identifying and assessing improvement opportunities.

The Quality & Process Control Manager located in Ravenna, Ohio will be accountable to ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented per requirements and to report areas of concern to Management. The Quality & Process Control Manager will be expected to ensure the plant remains in full compliance with regulatory and ISO requirements as they pertain to the plant, customer specifications, and corporate quality policies. The Quality & Process Control Manager will also be responsible for identification and implementation of projects to reduce waste and improvement processes through WCM methodologies.
**Essential functions include:**

-Oversee implementation and compliance of the site Quality Management System (QMS) with corporate policies, regulations, and industry standards.
