The purpose of this position is to plan, direct and coordinate the manufacturing processes of assigned areas which include Production, and Quality Control through the utilization of data and in accordance with company objectives, driving Safety, Quality, Delivery and optimizing cost. ● Direct the Production team in the preparation and implementation of operating plans and strategies consistent with agreed to business plan. The Production Team consists of Production Supervisors, and indirect hourly reports in Production, and Quality Control.
● Plan the use of facilities, equipment, and personnel to meet current and future
production requirements including department budgets and guidelines, plant layout and improvement, and capital and expenditure programs.
● Manage the Production departments with the appropriate communications of goals, performance feedback, corrective actions, rewards and recognition to provide optimum teammate relations.
● Evaluate team needs as needed, i.e., staffing levels, equipment or tools and provide support by removing barriers for improvement and progress.

The Production Supervisor supports the timely manufacturing of parenteral products in an aseptic environment according to Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Manage and coordinate personnel and room activities for assigned shifts

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
+ Oversee day to day operations through close collaboration with local and regional resources to manage responsibilities.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
+ Minimum +5 years management experience in the live broadcast for TV, Radio and/or Digital media industry
+ Exceptional organization, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
+ Local operations experience, with experience producing content for on-air and commercials
+ Supervisory experience directing a team of on-air talent, producers, and editors
+ Experience with some or all of these technologies: Avid (Editing and Media Management), Adobe Premiere/Photoshop/AfterEffects, VizRT, iNews, News Production Automation, vCreative or other workflow tools
+ Proficiency with professional camcorders and DSLRs (Canon, Panasonic and Sony), field production lighting, audio recording and gear.
+ Green screen and studio production environment.
+ Knowledge in 3D animation with Cinema 4D is a plus
