The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in all aspects of daily production and repairs at the Industrial Equipment Service Center (IESC). This position will oversee all duties surrounding RFQ builds, Quotes for repairs, general repairs, branding, quality control, shop safety and cleanliness. The IESC Production Supervisor will also assist in production deadlines, quote accuracy, repair timelines, UKG compared to SAP.
Responsibilities of Position:
- Cooperate with Production Manager and Operations Coordinator to meet production specifications and deadlines.
- Assist with supply management and coordinate with the Office Manager and Operations Coordinators to maintain and verify yard inventory; ensure upkeep of shop and truck SDS books; monitor expendable (non-billable) shop supplies; oversee safety processes, safety equipment, and tool repairs; and manage all expendable materials
- Assist in handling of MO closures, work order completions, monthly narratives, and completion of Preventative Maintenance reports
- Monitor all quote activity
- Charge out shop builds and repairs, and review install sheets to ensure data entry and verify accuracy
- Assist and maintain all driver, mechanic, and all gate and lot checks on a monthly basis
- Manage quality control of all shop builds, repairs, installations, service tickets, and install sheets

The Senior Production Process Analyst will analyze production and process flows to ensure accuracy of scheduling attributes in the ERP system and will build and maintain throughput and lead time data to support production planning and forecasting. Ensure all materials are clear, structured, and aligned with internal formatting standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct on-site observations of production activities, equipment operation, and workflow processes to gather accurate, real-time information. Use these insights to develop or update documentation that accurately reflects current practices and enhances operational efficiency.
- Apply a strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), technical writing principles, and manufacturing experience to review, edit, and format documentation to ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and fully compliant with FDA, cGMP, and ISO standards. Ensure all materials align with safety regulations, operational procedures, and internal formatting guidelines.
- Support documentation systems by submitting Change Requests, assisting with documentation reviews and approvals, and conducting Periodic Reviews of controlled documents within the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within designated timelines.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Maintain a strong understanding of all relevant SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) related to production, safety, and quality.
- Ensure all documentation complies with applicable regulations and standards, including cGMP, HACCP, and FDA requirements. Assist with both internal and external audits as needed. Update the necessary documents to ensure compliance based on audit observations and findings.
- Support audit readiness and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation practices and tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations to gather technical input, validate content, and ensure documentation reflects current procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with departments across the organization to assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new and revised processes and materials.

The Process Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of production processes in a solar panel manufacturing facility. This position focuses on optimizing production, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor production processes to ensure they operate within specified parameters.

Experience:

Production Process Technician- Freeze Dry
Hours: 5:50pm-6:00am (Monday-Tuesday) 5:50pm-12:00am (Wednesday)
Overview:
- To process and package cultures produced at the Freeze Dry plant. To mix, blend, formulate, and package batches of raw ingredients and materials into finished dietary supplement and food products. Combine materials according to formulas, procedures, and quality standard
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all quality systems including, but not limited to, ISO 9001, Food Safety GMP's, HACCP, FSSC 22000, NSF, ICH Q7, with an understanding of IFF's Quality Policy and procedures; including ensure adherence of all employees working in the department.
- Comply with all Company policies including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, GMP's, HAACP, and Attendance.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to make the necessary adjustments in the production process, such as adjusting control instrumentation, and moving products and raw materials.
- Load and unload process equipment.
- Recognize atypical/incorrect conditions in the production area and contact the appropriate authority.
- Move raw materials, equipment, and final products throughout the plant.
- Maintain accurate written records or logs of all production processes/equipment/maintenance/routine cleaning.
- Assemble and disassemble production equipment as required by processes and Work Instructions.
- Clean, sanitize, and sterilize all production/packaging equipment and other process areas in the plant.
- Assist in maintaining process and non-process areas in compliance with current regulatory agencies.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Must have a high school education or equivalent, a successful work history, the ability to work as a team player, and proven mechanical ability
- Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using percentages and decimals, and be able to utilize the metric system for measurement
- Must be able to read, communicate, comprehend, and follow oral and written procedures and instructions.
- Must have the basic understanding of computers to retrieve and enter data on a database, communicated via team pass down e-mails and to navigate the internet for safety training.
- Should be able to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to fifty-five (55) pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and move throughout the plant; move and maneuver seven hundred fifty (750) pounds with mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to differentiate changes in color, and detect problems with machinery and problems in the production process
- Must be able to wear proper PPE and Respiratory protection, when required
