Qualifications:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience with Lean tools and methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, SMED, and Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
