We are currently seeking a **Production Supervisor** to report to the Operations Manager in our **Allentown West** Facility.
Pay Range: $87,309 - $90,783. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
Responsibilities
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate cross functionally with planning, warehousing, and maintenance
- Champion and lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including the pursuit of TPM
- Utilize and model our beliefs in the execution of daily work activities and decision making
- Build relationships with frontline team members, internal customers and suppliers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of targets.
- Maintaining safe environment and safety practices in all business initiatives
- Analyze loss/time data to improve productivity across multiple bottling lines
- Understand and adhere to internal and external regulations, procedures & policies
- Ensure that a high quality of products, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Review daily achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and off floor review meetings.
- Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the Technical team to get resolution.
- Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
**Key Qualifications:**
+ Two to five years of experience in a leadership capacity within manufacturing with shift or area ownership required.
+ Four year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience; masters preferred.
+ Prior experience in a beverage, food or other clean manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality and hygiene regulations preferred.
+ Ability to grow relationships with business partners and to lead, coach and develop employees
+ Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead organizational initiatives and change
+ Time management, delegation and organization skills with strong problem solving ability
+ Continuous improvement or process improvement experience. Green belt or black belt certification preferred.
+ Prior experience with TPM a plus!
+ Increase in responsibilities over time, reflected in new work assignments, career advancements, and larger scope of work.
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite applications; SAP experience a plus.
+ Grasp of financial factors related to operations performance.
+ Understanding of production processes.
+ Ability to work nights with schedule flexibility as needed to cover peer vacations

Salary Range: $73,000 - $100,980
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.

Responsible for the daily management and flawless execution of the procurement and distribution of all legalization credentials. Ensure processes are current and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
This role will also be instrumental with procedural and operational compliance with all aspects of jurisdictional agent service agreements.
**Major Responsibilities:**
Lead, develop and evolve key processes and metrics to further enhance efficient prioritization and completion of work across workflows. Employ analytical and technical skills to drive process improvement and bring projects to completion. Leverage technology to ensure that work is error free, complete and submitted timely to jurisdictions. Ensure credentials are distributed within departmental and customer CTQ's and that processes are in alignment with Company goals and objectives.
Ensure process compliance with jurisdictional and agent service agreement requirements; this includes, preparedness for physical terminal inspections, team certifications and CPEs, title and registration services, determination of fees / collection, temporary tag issuance.
Engage with jurisdictions to keep up to date on current requirements and address a potential variety of situations as they arise. Modify / optimize processes as required to align to these requirements.
Lead the team and interdepartmental interactions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience as a Supervisor or Lead position preferred.
- Knowledge of Dealer/Title services preferred.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word required.
- Introductory knowledge in Access required.
- Intermediate knowledge of state dealer software preferred.
- Ability to simplify complicated concepts and present to a team.
- Effectively manage / adapt to changing priorities.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
