Job Description
Production Supervisor at KDP you are empowered to drive best in class results. You have responsibility for the overall operating performance of the production process on your shift. You will provide leadership and direction for your team in a manufacturing facility that operates multiple high speed production lines.
**What You'll Do**
+ Promote and ensure a safe working environment and foster a strong safety culture.
+ Supervise a team of 20+ production employees, including full-time and temporary staff.

+ Act as a key contact for food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; escalate concerns when necessary.
+ Guarantee the production of safe, high-quality, and compliant products, including assigning trained designees when needed.
+ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**
+ Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Construction Quality Manager (QM) who will support our project management and leadership teams by providing managerial oversight of the site-level quality assurance and control processes for one or multiple construction projects.
- Manage implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reporting
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and process efficiency evaluations
- Oversee site inspections, testing, and audits for compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, and local building codes
- Mentor and train quality control teams
- Potential for overseeing 1-2 QA/QC specialists
Must haves:
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Admin, or 7+ years equivalent experience
- 57 years in construction quality management
- 35 years in data center or telecom installation preferred
- Proven experience managing quality on large-scale construction projects
- OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification
- ACI or ASTM certifications related to construction quality
