You will receive comprehensive training, beginning with a week-long class on industrial sewing machines, followed by mentorship on the production floor to guide you through the production process.

+ Increase production count to expected output levels within 13 weeks.

Although it is not climate-controlled, fans are provided to ensure comfort during hotter months. The workforce is diverse, with over 5-6 languages spoken. Proficiency in English is not mandatory, but candidates must be self-sufficient with translation technology. Available shifts include 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm, with voluntary extended hours, and 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with the option to work extended hours and Saturdays on a voluntary basis.
