**Material Handler Responsibilities:**
As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in keeping our production line running smoothly. Your tasks may include:
+ **Forklift Operation**
+ **Receiving & Unloading:** Safely unload incoming materials and verify quality and accuracy.
+ **Inventory Movement:** Transport raw materials and finished goods across departments using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
+ **Loading & Packing:** Assist with loading mattresses and components for shipping and internal transfers.
+ **Support Production:** Ensure materials are stocked and available for sewing and assembly teams.
**General Duties Across Departments:**
+ Operate industrial sewing machines (Sewing Team)
+ Assemble mattress components with precision (Build Team)
+ Inspect products for quality and consistency
+ Follow safety protocols and detailed instructions
+ Rotate tasks to build new skills and support team needs
**What You Bring:**
+ **1+ year** of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling
+ Comfortable with physical tasks: standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
+ Bonus: Experience with sewing machines, quality control, or forklift operation
