We are looking for a dedicated bar saw operators and material handlers to join our Operations Team in Southington, CT. As a bar saw operator, you will be responsible for setting up and safely operating saws to cut material into pieces as ordered by the customer. Material handlers will be using forklifts and other equipment to transport materials. These are 2nd shift positions with lots of room for growth and advancement!
**Responsibilities**
+ Prioritize safety in all operations.
+ Organize work orders to efficiently process material.
+ Transport material throughout the warehouse using forklifts and cranes.
+ Set up machines by selecting appropriate nozzles, setting speeds, and feeds.
+ Measure material using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join a dynamic manufacturing team that specializes in producing parts for the beauty, fragrance, personal care, home, and healthcare markets.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, run, and perform quality checks on machines.
+ Install and remove molds and mold tools, ensuring their maintenance.
+ Load and unload materials onto and off the machines.
+ Conduct first piece runs and bring pieces to the test bench.
+ Perform visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes and gauges.
+ Enter inspection data and findings into the database via traceability tablets.
+ Adjust machines if the first piece does not meet quality standards.
+ Record all adjustments, mold changes, and troubleshooting activities.
+ Pack, weigh, label, and deliver finished orders to the stock room.
+ Generate documentation for mold runs for tracking purposes.
+ Troubleshoot machines, including light programming of robotics.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ year production/manufacturing experience for Machine Operator I.
+ 2+ year machine operating experience for Machine Operator II.
+ 3+ year machine operating experience in a molding environment for Machine Operator III.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and maintain machines.
+ Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
+ Experience in troubleshooting and programming.
