Pay: $15-$17 per hour (Based on shift and experience)

We have multiple shifts available to meet your work-life balance needs!

Day Shift Hours: 6:45 am - 7 pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule) or 6 am - 6 pm (12-hour rotating shifts)

Night Shift Hours: 6:45 pm - 7 am (4-4 rotating schedule)

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Assemble and offload products.
• Pack items into crates.
• Complete the required paperwork.
• Conduct timely quality checks.
• Communicate any maintenance or machine issues to reduce downtime.
• Utilize in-line assembly equipment (strappers, wrappers, labelers, nail guns, and staple guns).
• Maintain a safe/clean workspace.

Qualified candidates will be able to work in a team environment, stand for 12 hours, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse, picker/packer, and assembly experienced is preferred, but entry-level positions are available. You will be working in a non-climate-controlled and diverse work environment.

Description
+ The Production Planner leads factory scheduling efforts, aligning production, materials, inventory, and capacity to meet customer delivery goals while optimizing efficiency.
+ Develop and manage production schedules and material plans.
+ Liaise between Production and Materials teams.
+ Adjust schedules based on capacity, material availability, and priorities.
+ Forecast based on sales projections and assess inventory impacts.
+ Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Procurement.
+ Maintain ERP data integrity and support system optimization.
+ Promote company values and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma or GED required + 3 years applicable work experience
+ Open to new graduates with a Bachelors in Supply Chain or related field
+ Experience with MAPICS or similar ERP systems
+ Proficient utilizing Microsoft Excel
+ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Flexibility and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Job Title: Production Lead

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Department: Production

Summary:

A person who works in a production facility and is responsible for overseeing a variety of manufacturing activities and quality assurance within their department.

Duties:

* Start up and shut down all the production lines and compounding
* Stage raw materials on the production and compounding areas
* Review work-orders and ensure all raw materials and equipment are available
* Ensure on-time production according to work-order schedule
* Make sure that production and compounding are following the production schedule and meet or exceed daily production targets
* Manage employees in production and compounding
* Ensure process control by following quality standards
* Performs quality assurance inspection on work-in-progress, and finished products to determine conformance with established specifications
* Work closely with all personnel in a safe and respectful manner to achieve quality and production goals.
* Ensure 5S standards in the production area
* Lead associates in Total Productive Maintenance
* Following all safety procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Description**
As a Quality Technician in the Quality Assurance and Manufacturing departments, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring manufacturing processes and products to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining product quality, reducing defects, and ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving quality issues promptly and accurately.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform in-process, first article, final, and receiving inspections using standard measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
+ Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts, assemblies, and finished products.
+ Carry out functional testing using gauges, test equipment, or specialized tools.
+ Accurately complete and maintain inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
+ Assist in the preparation and revision of quality documentation such as work instructions, inspection criteria, and control plans.
+ Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
+ Monitor production lines for quality issues and support root cause investigations.
+ Enforce adherence to industry standards such as IATF and FDA requirements.
+ Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements before shipment.
+ Participate in problem-solving initiatives using tools such as 5 Whys and Root Cause Analysis.
+ Support continuous improvement activities including Lean, 5S, and Kaizen events.

+ Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
+ Provide feedback and training to operators on quality standards and inspection techniques.
+ Assist in internal and external audits, including customer or third-party quality audits.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or technical certification in quality or manufacturing is preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficient with measurement tools and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
+ Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and statistical process control (SPC).
+ Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and analytical thinking.
+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and quality management systems.
