The Production Quality Control Leader is responsible for multiple quality activities to support the production of commercial nuclear fuel bundle components for commercial nuclear power plants. The quality leader is part of the technical team supporting the manufacturing of nuclear fuel tubing, channels, and water rods in the Fuel Component Operation (FCO) team. **Essential Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Ensuring FCO products and processes meet established standards and customer quality expectations.
+ Implement product quality activities to achieve compliance, qualify new products, execute process improvements, and develop inspector staff.

The salary range for this position is $85k-100K. Job Description
**Location:** Paris, Kentucky
**Job Type** : Full-Time | On-Site
**Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (with occasional Friday overtime)
**Pay:** $23 an hour
**Requirements:** 1-3 years of tenure is required
**Responsibilities**
+ Document and operate bottling and packaging equipment.
+ Perform assembly and production tasks.
+ Operate machinery and forklifts.
+ Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
+ Engage in manual labor as required for production tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and write English proficiently.
+ Experience in assembly, production, and machine operation.
+ Skill in operating forklifts and conducting inspections.
+ Capability to lift weights ranging from 40-75 lbs.
+ Good tenure with at least 1 year of experience or extended tenure in previous roles.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $1.06 - 21.06/hr.
