Operating production machines, inspecting machines, regularly cleaning, and ensuring machines are safe to operate

Quality control to ensure filters are free from defects and meeting required standards and specifications

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Assembler to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, the ability to read and understand written instructions, and a self-directed approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Assembler
**Location:** Richland Center, WI
**Pay Range:** Starting at $22/hr.
**Shift:** Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am
**What's the Job?**
+ Utilize documented work instructions with schematics for assemblies and wiring on semi-routine assignments at various workstations.
+ Work with minimal direction and apply judgment to recognize the need for occasional deviations from accepted practices.
+ Safely use manual tools, power tools, and machinery as part of the assembly process.
+ Collaborate effectively within a team environment while being self-directed.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
+ 6 months verified employment
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
+ Ability to read and understand schematics and written instructions.
+ Proficiency in using a computer to access job-related information.

We are currently seeking Production Operators to join the Sparta, WI team!

Shift: Night Shift - 12-hours rotating 6pm-6am

Production Operator Responsibilities: 

• The Production Operator is responsible for operating equipment in the production area in an efficient and productive manner
• Able to follow written instructions for assigned tasks

Production Operator Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have previous exposure to a manufacturing environment and are happy with rolling up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to be a team player
