This position requires a proactive leader who can communicate effectively across teams, identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and develop people. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, order management, production attainment, and quality standards, while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production at the facility.

• Learn, manage, and support office-side functions of the operation.
