  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage and motivate a team of production operators and technicians.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are strictly followed in the production environment.
  • Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee inventory of raw materials and finished goods within the production area.
  • Collaborate with quality control to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Train new employees on production procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Maintain production records and reports on output, quality, and safety incidents.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Troubleshoot production equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site supervision with potential remote administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
