**Responsibilities**
The Production Operator assists in setting up and operating thermoplastic extruders and associated production equipment to convert plastic resins into blown film for flexible plastic sheeting, tubing or bags. Performs manufacturing operations which will result in efficiently producing a flexible product on a timely basis that meets all the customer's product specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follows Amcor's Global's Safety and company policies.
- Reviews Production Order Form specifications to insure the correct equipment, packaging supplies and raw materials are available to produce a product that meets the customer's specifications.
- Assists in performing equipment production setup under the direction of the Lead Operator or his designee. Set ups may include but are not limited to the following production equipment:
- Sets up and controls all aspects of the extruder machine operation.
- Periodically observes and checks finished film coming off the production lines and if detects substandard product takes immediate corrective action to eliminate any causes of sub-standard product.
- Monitors production equipment to insure equipment is operating properly and under supervision of the Lead Operator performs routine maintenance on equipment.

- 12 hour shift
- 7pm - 7am or 7pm - 7am / 2 days on 3 off/rotating

Xerox Corporation is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Production Solutions Executive will be responsible for the sale of the Production portfolio & software and providing support to our channel partners and their sales reps in Mid-West US States virtually. The sales specialist will be required to coach, deliver product training, and provide sales support to the partners as well as making calls to existing/potential customers on a regular basis. Directly impacting the sale cycle is a key priority for this position.

**What You Will Do:**
+ Owning production sales cycles from beginning to end
+ Support US Channel Partners for production sales cycles & software opportunities within a defined geography.
+ Manage the Xerox production eco-system through key needs assessments, strong understanding of market and existing gaps within teams supported.
+ Deploy, support and inspect key marketing initiatives
+ Territory management and reviews, outlook process and more
+ Develop and implement tools and programs to maximize customer retention.
+ Develop and implement tools to increase sales reps knowledge of competition, applications and Xerox products.
+ Work with appropriate support teams and business partners as required throughout sales cycle (Network analysts, finishing partners etc.)
+ Act as subject matter resource for Sales Reps in addressing product questions, customer objectives, proposals, and utilization of tactical actions.
+ The sales specialists will be responsible for key high impact activities; Delivering hardware and software demos, live customer demo's, High level customer contacts, Lead studies/assessments.
+ This is a quota bearing assignment.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
+ Experience in Print production
+ Candidate Education: University Degree preferred
+ Demonstrated successful sales management experience
+ 4-6 years of successful sales / marketing experience (at or above plan)
+ Excellent business acumen and relationship skills
+ Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to think creatively when developing solutions
+ Demonstrated ability to grasp technical product knowledge

What you can expect
As part of our support engineering team, you'll serve as an automation service point, working closely with DevOps, Engineering, Platform, and Technical Operations to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and drive automation. This is a hands-on role that combines deep technical problem-solving with cross-team collaboration and a focus on user experience.
Responsibilities
+ Designing, deploying, and monitoring test automation for Zoom Products and services
+ Automating test the internal/external usage, integrated with third party API/services
+ Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to escalate, analyze, and monitor complex production issues
+ Building a resilient and scalable service infrastructure to accommodate region-based product service
+ Supporting test automation and deployment strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product quality
What we're looking for
+ Possess a BS (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
+ Be proficient in Python 3 language and familiar with popular Python libraries such as Requests, Flask, OpenCV, SQLAcademy, etc
+ Have knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
+ Possess knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Hbase, and/or others
+ Develop a deep understanding of web technologies, encompassing HTML, JavaScript, VUE, HTTP, and backend programming for web applications.
+ Be skilled in implementing integrations to support different software features and functions
+ Demonstrate good design and coding skills, understanding object-oriented design principles and design patterns
+ Have knowledge of Java language and Spring framework as an added bonus
+ Be familiar with monitoring, debugging, and automating routine tasks
+ Possess knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies and cloud-based test automation solutions
+ Remote role - open to candidates based on the East Coast of the U.S
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

$87 600,00
Maximum:
$186 000,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
