You will coordinate and guide residential and commercial painting jobs though the scheduling and installation stages and serve as the focal point for communication among the various involved parties. Specific Responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting clients' needs and delivering a quality project
- Plan, schedule and coordinate painting projects from estimated to completed
- Draw up schedules and plans of operation for painting projects in close consultation with homeowners, architects, contractors, remodelers and other representatives
- Solicit painting subcontractors and keep proper ratios of painting crews to estimators
- Coordinating other trades such as: pressure washing, carpenters, stucco repair, etc.
- Lead meetings and ensure proper document control and recordkeeping
- Ensure accuracy in estimates and job costing and facilitate weekly owner payroll reports
- Guide project to completion to ensure proper close-out
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
- Professional appearance and personality
- Team player who can work independently

Position Summary:
Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with production of company product(s), utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment.
Position Responsibilities:
Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
- Plans and oversees production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
- Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
- Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems.
- Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
- Revises production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems.
- Consults with engineering personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.
- May compile, store, and retrieve production data.

We are seeking qualified applicants for the role of GENERAL PRODUCTION, which is split into two different categories described below (Mill and Converting), based upon candidate qualifications. We currently have five positions open covering both the Mill and Converting categories. #HBEIA
Mill Duties

Reports to shift supervisor at beginning of each shift.

If the pit is full empty pit first. The wet end, dry end, Hike out any high spots
under the 2nd and 3rd sections dryers.

Clean-up around conveyer in the conveyer room.

Sweep all areas in the mill.

Dust walls, frame work, equipment, mill wide painting.

All other cleanup tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Train as 4th hand, Utility Beater Furnisher until qualified.

Fill in the appropriate low-seniority position as others on the crew
can train.
Converting Duties
-
Reports to shift supervisor at beginning of each shift.

Perform quality inspection once an hour.

Wrap and relabel product.

Sweep all areas in Converting.

Dust walls, frame work, equipment, Converting wide painting.

All other cleanup tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Scope Of Position:
Hourly Production Workers are the backbone of our Company. They perform a key role with ensuring that our products are consistently manufactured safely and the specifications of our customers. They are responsible for completing mandatory safety trainings applicable to their specific job assignments, complete all required Food Safety/GMP trainings and assist with product reconditioning as needed or directed.
As an organization, we do our best to ensure that our Hourly Production workers are able to master their assigned roles before moving on to other positions within the facility, but that is not always possible. Ideal candidates for these positions must be agile and willing to shift focus and energies as the business demand changes.
Responsibilities:
+ Use an assortment of knives, steel, and a hook to perform job tasks.
+ Keep the knife sharp: develop good knife sharpening skills. Ask for assistance if needed.
+ Operate heavy equipment.
+ Bag and Box product.
+ Must use proper personal protective equipment effectively.
+ Expected to work hands-on at high speed and times to lift over 50 pounds.
+ Must keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocols.
+ Inspect meat or meat products and/or packaging.
+ Stay aware of your surroundings and notify a supervisor if you recognize a hazard.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Work regularly in temperatures are near or below freezing (Coolers, Loading Dock Freezer)
+ Work in damp or cold conditions (20-30 Degrees-Fabrication)
+ Work in areas that require you to lift, pull, or push 50 lbs.
+ Work with sharp knives or a cutting tool
+ Willing and capable of working overtime when necessary
+ Available to work Day and Nights
+ Willing and capable of working Saturdays
LIFTING/ PUSHING/PULLING - 10 lbs. -50 lbs. production
NEUTRAL WRIST- Repetitive hand motions and grasping.
REACHING - Reaching for product on the conveyor belt with hooks, reaching for boxes, or bags
STANDING - Constant standing for 8 to 10 hours per day, 6 days a week (Loading dock 7 days as needed per schedule.) (2 allowed breaks are scheduled based on the union contract and operational requirements.)
Working Conditions:
+ Production and maintenance settings
+ Exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives
+ Slippery floors, cold temperatures, and loud ambient noise
+ Ability to work 50+ hours
+ Good attendance and safety records
Comments:
The schedule for this position is typically Mon - Fri. Weekend work required as scheduled. During Fall Season, Saturdays are typically scheduled.

**Pay Range:** $55,000 - $80,000 annually (Depending on experience)
**Shift:**

+ Supervise day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met.
+ Monitor workflows, materials, and personnel to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
+ Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
+ Train, evaluate, and provide guidance to plant workers, operators, and technicians.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
+ Supervisory experience is required.
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, safety protocols, and quality systems.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with production software or ERP systems.
