Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Production Floor Supervisor will supervise assigned production floor lines, cells, or sheet metal machines and drive the need to meet business goals efficiently and safely. Incumbent will implement Lean concepts into production processes; collect, analyze, and audit data and specified metrics; provide suggestions for process improvement and cost reduction; manage production schedule, inventory control, material presentation, and quality/safety. Incumbent will work in a non-union environment.

Job Purpose
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the Company's production activities to ensure cost efficiency and timely production.
Principal Accountabilities

This is a full-time position. Normal office workdays are Monday through Friday. This position may require time on the weekends due to the production schedule. The company reserves the right to modify work schedules to accommodate business needs.

**HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:**
A Supervisor is a member of the leadership team who is fully empowered to lead a functional department within a shift structure. Through effective relationships, Supervisors will lead their teams to meet and exceed daily goals, financial and operational expectations, while continuously improving processes.
This role typical reports to the Operations Manager and has 20-35 direct reports and is based in our Braselton office in our on-site work environment
**50%: Drive Culture**
- Demonstrate Carter's core values with each interaction supporting the culture within the department and facility.

- Participate in resolving team members concerns in reporting, investigating, follow up and discipline process.

- Drive continuous improvement in operations and process areas that lead to a better customer experience in quality, accuracy, efficiencies, expense reductions, and increased productivity.
- Monitor and react to production and volume needs maximizing resources that drive productivity through the movement of team members within a channel and facility.
- Responsible for associate timecard maintenance, ensuring correct pay coding and accurate payroll for associates
- Identify and address cross training needs to maintain proper levels required for production, ensuring associates have the tools and equipment to maximize their effectiveness.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of inventory to enhance the customer experience and make sure all actions and processes drive excellence and decisions are made with the customer's best interest being first priority.
- Operate with a Customer Mindset ensuring that No Short Cuts are taken that impact accuracy, quality and integrity.
- Deliver inventory results to impact shortage, reduce damages and improve turn, productivity and sales.
- Develop and manage budgets for direct/indirect labor planning and supplies to prepare for volume and production while achieving financial objectives.

- BS/BA degree in a related field, preferred.
- 3-5 years of managerial level experience with a preference of 1-3 years in the apparel distribution area.
- Prior experience in automated distribution center is preferred
- Must be available to work in a multi-channel, multi-shift, high volume distribution environment.
- Flexible to work different shifts and extended hours based upon business needs.
- A wide variety of past experiences (if applicable. encourages diverse backgrounds)

Position Overview
The Production Supervisor (Second Shift) plays a critical leadership role in driving the success of evening operations within the production department. This position ensures that production runs smoothly and efficiently, while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. The Supervisor is expected to lead by example, support cross-functional collaboration, and promote continuous improvement initiatives that align with Catalyst Nutraceuticals' high standards for quality and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations during second shift hours, ensuring production goals, safety protocols, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate the activities of subordinate supervisory staff, providing leadership and direction to ensure departmental efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure all employees adhere to GMPs, safety standards, company policies, and regulatory agency procedures at all times.
- Take corrective action as needed and provide coaching, training, and support to staff to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Monitor the work environment to maintain a safe and organized facility for all team members.
- Conduct and lead departmental and supervisory meetings to communicate procedural changes, updates, and expectations.
- Ensure all shifts receive adequate and consistent training on processes and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) with staff at all levels.
- Generate and submit production reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in cross-functional collaboration as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management
Education:
