Quality Control Inspector Qualifications: Work on the line and move components via hand truck Watch to make sure the components are stocked/replenished on the lines Help on the lines when needed Comply with company policies Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities good work ethic, ability to work independently, flexibility (overtime is sometimes required). The candidate must have his/her own reliable transportation, as production/QC duties are ongoing at three different locations (all within 2 blocks of each other). (Work duties may include working in one building for part of the workday and working in another building for the remainder of the day.) Standing: Prolonged periods of standing on production floor (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Walking: Frequent walking around production and packaging areas. **Responsibilities**
+ Follow standard operating procedures to complete various tasks.
+ Hand assemble small piece parts on an automated assembly line.
+ Rotate workstations to maintain engagement and efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ Good hand/eye coordination for working with extremely small parts.
+ Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
+ Familiarity with hand tools, blueprints, and power tools.
+ Experience in mechanical assembly, machine operation, and production line tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
+ Ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks.
+ Capability to sit for extended periods during shifts.

**Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay**
Work in a climate-controlled facility.
1st Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm ($18/hr)
2nd Shift Hours: 4:00pm-2:00am ($8/hr + 1.50 premium)
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is 17.00 - 18.50/hr.
