Location:  523 W Wall Street Darien, WI 53114

Duration: 6 months contract on W2

Schedule: Monday - Friday - normal shift 7am-3pm; overtime 5am-3p or 5a-5p


As a Production Operator in the slitting cell, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products from warehouse to manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
  • Some general duties include loading material onto machines, finished product packaging, cutting cores.
  • Utilizes scanning tools for recording movement of incoming and outgoing materials (RF Scanning)
  • Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
  • Housekeeping and other duties assigned
  • Teamwork and communication are an essential part of the job.
  • You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.


Qualifications:

  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed - during the week and weekends
