Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the process of turning raw cannabis flower into our beautiful line of medicated products. Under the guidance of the management team, you will produce, package, and handle products, perform inventory duties, adhere to compliance requirements, and keep safety as your top priority while working daily in our facility. Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals, while focused on safety and quality

• Documentation of manufacturing methods are created and maintained
• Electronically convert packaged products in the state traceability system
• Manage time efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality product
• Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift
• Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills and Windows based operating software
• Use independent judgment regarding product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind
• Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED graduate; some college or college graduate preferred
• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, and/or inventory preferred
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
• Must be able to work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
• Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique
• Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by GTI
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences
• Ability to perform monotonous tasks with great efficiency without losing qualities
• Must be able to follow basic instructions and accept constructive criticism
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Additional Requirements

• Must have a valid drivers license or State ID card
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must pass all required background checks

Working Conditions

We are looking to hire production associates to assist with the manufacturing of blades for John Deere ag equipment! You'll be integral in the production process, handling tasks from placing blades on conveyor lines to quality inspection.
**Responsibilities**
+ Place blades on conveyor line for processing through oven/furnace.
+ Use hand tools/grabbers to transfer blades to press.
+ Cool blades by placing them in a quench.
+ Hang blades for painting and conduct quality inspections.
+ Prepare items for shipment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $66,000 to $106,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. What You Will Do

• Lead, track and improve performance on key department goals and objectives
• Develop crew members to improve individual and organizational performance
• Lead performance management and corrective action processes
• Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production requirements
• Work with upstream and downstream processes (and people), to exceed customer expectations

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a rotating shift schedule OR ability to work a straight night shift

• Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering field

Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity to join our **Professional Internship Program** as a **Production Agronomy Intern** for the **summer of 2026** .
Our Professional Internship Program is designed to provide college sophomores and juniors with the knowledge, hands-on experience, and professional skills needed to prepare for a potential career within the Corteva Agriscience Seed Business.
**What You'll Do:**
As a Production Agronomy Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the safe, efficient, and effective management of seed production processes. You'll work closely with a Plant Agronomist and gain exposure to a variety of responsibilities, including:
+ Assisting with seed production operations and field management
+ Supporting scouting and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) activities
+ Conducting supply research studies
+ Evaluating economic injury thresholds
+ Identifying weeds, pests, and diseases
+ Monitoring and reporting crop progress
In addition, you'll be assigned a special project by the Agronomist, giving you the opportunity to develop technical skills and contribute meaningfully to Corteva's operations.
**What Skills You Need:**
**Education & Background**
+ Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior pursuing a 4-year degree in:
+ Agronomy
+ Agricultural Business
+ Agricultural Studies
+ Agricultural Systems Technology
+ Or a related field
+ A demonstrated interest in the agriculture industry is strongly preferred
+ Previous internships or hands-on experience in production agriculture are a plus
**Skills & Competencies**
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across functions
+ Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
+ Proficiency with computer applications and solid analytical skills
+ Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
**Physical & Other Requirements**
+ Ability to work in crop production fields with exposure to chemicals, dust, noise, and temperature variations
+ Capable of moderate lifting (50-100 lbs.)
+ Willingness to work long days during peak seasons
+ Ability to travel between production locations and company headquarters as needed
**Professional Development**

+ Gain exposure to multiple areas of the seed production business
