Role:
Our Distillery Production Assistants play a critical role in the production of our finest products. In this role, you will aid in the distillation, brewery production, and facility operations at our Courtland Ave distillery. Your responsibilities will include work production, primary and finish distillation, as well as finished good operations. You will also be responsible for sanitary operations surrounding the daily production of mash, distilled spirits, and finished goods. Additional responsibilities include aiding the plant manager with development of workplace quality control, sanitary standards, and preparing Federal TTB regulation compliance.
Our ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis.
This role works with the distillery team on a 12-hour rotating schedule, which may include evenings and weekends.
Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in one of the following fields:

Essential Duties:
• Ability to stand 8 to 12 hrs a day.
• Follows up on work assignments from Supervisor.
• Ensures that any task performed within the work cell is completed in accordance with the written Standard Operating Procedure(s) for that task.
• Assures quality standards are met for all production. Fabrication of metal panels by reading shop drawing s and BOMs, laying out panels with tape measure and other tools, cutting panels with Sawzall and air saws, and bending panels with magna benders.
o Records all required data.
o Ensures that all material is properly labeled and, placed within proper staging/storage areas.
o Identifies any non-conforming product to the Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Technicians.
• Contributes to an ongoing culture of cleanliness and order within the workstation/cell.
