+ Ensuring full compliance with maintenance plans to deliver required asset effectiveness.
+ Providing technical, administrative, and troubleshooting support to operations, maintenance, and the business to execute the production plan, also providing technical and leadership support in root cause failure analysis for production and quality incidents.
+ Ensuring that prioritized and active continuous improvement plans are in place, aimed at delivering target levels (or better) for process performance, asset effectiveness, product quality, and EHS performance.

**Responsibilities** :
+ Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
+ Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.
+ Ensures appropriate resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing needs) are available to maintain production schedules.
