The Production Tester will conduct full scale back pressure tests and well flowback operations. They must have the ability to rig up/rig down various types of related equipment. They are to do routine field calculations and are expected to present neat and complete job and field data sheets. Basic computer knowledge is a must in order to perform data entry and to generate field reports. Ensure accurate collection and reporting of well production flowrates are documented as per internal and/or client based guidelines. Workload consists of 75% field work and 25% shop. They must have a clean driving record with the ability to obtain and maintain a commercial driver's license (Class "A" CDL).

I. Field Work

A. Rigging up portable separator and heater
  1. Lift chicksan bundles weighing ± 65 lbs.
  2. Attach chicksan bundle to wellhead, entailing lift from ground level to above head level.
  3. Hammer unions from ground level to above head level.
  4. Drive flowline tie-down stakes with 8 lbs. to 12 lbs. or larger sledge hammer or Electric Bosch demolition hammer weighing 60+ lbs.
  5. Make up threaded connections with two (2) 24" pipe wrenches occasionally using a 36" pipe wrench from ground level to above head level.
B. Rigging up flowback manifold and sand separator.
  1. Load fittings weighing ±40 lbs. each.
  2. Drive flowline tie down stakes with 8lbs. or larger sledge hammer or electric Bosch demolition hammer weighing 60+ lbs.
  3. Stoop, bend, twist, turn and lift to align and join threaded components at heights from ground level to above head level.
  4. Carry and connect 15 foot long threaded pipe joints with a second person's assistance (1/4 joint weight ±40 lbs.) Full 30' pipe joint weighs 140 lbs.
  5. Hammer union connections and screw threaded connections with 24" pipe wrench from ground level to above head level.
  6. Perform all routine choke changes, blowdowns, tank strappings and pressure readings anytime when directed.
II. Shop Work
  1. Load and unload field work equipment weighing ±70 lbs.to/from a height of 36" to 60"
  2. Lift items and fittings weighing ±30 lbs. placing them on shelves head high
  3. Occasionally lift weights ±70 lbs. to a height of 36" to 60"
  4. Wash any and all FESCO equipment
  5. Clean and sweep shop
  6. Turn around equipment in order for it to be ready for the next job.
III. Safety Considerations
  1. In order to comply with Department of Transportation regulations, must be able pass "DOT" physical, secure and maintain at least a Class "B" CDL with an "H" endorsement
  2. Work in all types of weather conditions (i.e. extreme heat and cold and high humidity) for extended periods of time.
  3. Work in toxic environments (Hydrogen Sulfide Gas) while wearing a self-contained breathing apparatus with full face sealed respiratory equipment weighing ±30 lbs.
  4. Work at remote well locations ±2 hours from the nearest medical care facility
  5. Work comfortably up to 15' above the ground wearing the appropriate fall protection equipment designated for the job
  6. Close a large wellhead wing or master valve head high or above in case of an emergency
  7. Be mobile in the event of an emergency
  8. Ability to evacuate a fellow employee in the event of an emergency
  9. They will perform other duties assigned

The production staff will work a variety of positions throughout the season, include technical director, replay, graphics, and camera operator.

Department: Game Day Production StatisticsReports to: Manager, Ballpark Entertainment Classification: Part-Time (Non-Exempt)

Summary/Objective: The Corpus Christi Hooks Baseball Club, Double-A Affiliate of the Houston Astros, is seeking Game Day Production Statistics Staff. This position reports to the Ballpark Entertainment Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Work closely with official scorers to accurately score games.
  • Use DakStats Baseball, All Sport 500, and other scoring software to record game statistics.
  • Ensure all data is entered correctly and promptly during games.
  • Provide support for any statistical inquiries from coaches, players, or media.
  • Stay updated on the rules and regulations of the sport to ensure accurate scoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the scoring software.
  • Participate in pre-game and post-game meetings as required.

Education and/or Experience & Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and superior customer service abilities
  • Must have at least one (1) year of baseball gameplay and statistics experience.
  • Ability to work nights weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to operate a computer in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Work Environment This job operates in a stadium setting. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. This job will be expected to work indoor and outdoor in moderate weather conditions.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. This role must have attention to detail using vision.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time seasonal position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Travel: Travel is not expected in this role.

General Summary

A Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet specified standards and requirements. The primary focus is on maintaining the quality of the construction process and the final product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Must have the ability to read, and interpret construction drawings
* Perform difficult and challenging construction and project management functions including planning, directing and budgeting for assigned projects.
* Responsible for coordinating inspections with the government, documenting findings, and resolving all deficiencies.
* Responsible for government inspections and subcontract inspections for definable feature of work.
* Review, approve and manage deliverables.
* Review and assist with project design plan review to accomplish contractual objectives and provide direction and support to subcontractors, support staff, trades and crafts.
* Responsible for assisting on the development of agendas for construction updates and progress meetings
* Perform desktop publishing. Creates and assists in the development of visual presentations for the section.
* This position may also consult with engineering staff and other technical personnel as required.
* Responsible for keeping current on government regulations and commercial trends. Monitors project compliance requirements to ensure compliance with all required codes and standards
* Maintain customer relations through communication both face to face, and digital. Professional appearance is desirable.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

* Knowledge of U.S. Government procurement regulations and labor laws desirable
* Must have or be able to pass Corps of Engineers CQM class for contractors
* Advanced management and employee, and customer relations skills.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project.
* Experience with P6 (Oracle) is preferred.
* Experience with ProCore is preferred
* Advanced attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while attending to multiple tasks and demands.

Work Experience

* 5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
* Experience with US Corps of Engineers, government contracting and general construction
* 4 years of Supervisory experience preferred

Education, Licenses and Certification

Required:

* High School Diploma

Required:

* Completion of OSHA 30-hour General Industry course
* Certified Safety, Environmental and Emergency Manager (CSEM) preferred
* Within 8 months of reporting on site the SSO will attend the following classes provided by the American Society of Hospital Engineers: NFPA 101 for Healthcare (3 day course), NFPA 99 (3 day course), and ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (2 day course). The contractor will provide to the COR a copy of the certificate of completion for each of these courses
