Position Overview:
As a Production Technician , you are responsible for running and monitoring specific equipment on the production line in a sfe and reliable manner. Your role focus on building fundamental technical skills, developing process discipline, and learning the basics of equipment performance and quality checks. The Production Technician is expected to follow standard operating procedures, respond to basic equipment stops, and escalate abnormalities. With strong performance, technical curiosity, and learning agility, this core can progress int to Production Specialist, gaining broader technical responsibility and autonomy.
The Millersburg plant is a high-volume, fast-paced 24/7-365 days/year manufacturing environment. Our crews work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) working 4 days one week/ 3 days the following week. Schedules will rotate from day to night shift every 4 weeks.
Competencies:
- Operational Experience: ability of handling day-to-day operations of production machinery, ensure the production process runs continuously without interruptions
- Limited Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance: ability to identify issues, perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks, ability to use hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks and repairs
- Quality Assurance and Inspection: conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards and record results accordingly
- Safety Understanding: understands the importance of safe work practices and follows procedures diligently

Accountabilities:
- Operate assigned equipment following standard procedure, ensures safe and stable operation of a specific machine or process step, escalate issues when needed
- Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions, adheres to all safety standards, uses PPE properly, and participate in safety audits or checks
- Identify and report equipment or process abnormalities, recognizes unusual equipment behaviour or process deviations and informs team leads
- Support basic troubleshooting and cleaning tasks (Housekeeping), assists in resolving minor stops and performs regular cleaning or checks under supervision
- Perform visual and dimensional quality checks, executes basic in-line inspections using tools or visual standards and reports non-conformities
- Minimize material waste through correct handling and operation, operates with care to reduce spoilage
- Participate in on-the-job training and learning activities, builds knowledge of upstream/downstream process impact, equipment setting, and quality drivers
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving activities, maintain clear, organized work area and suggests improvements to routines or ergonomics
- May be subject to all of the following, but not limited to:
- Hot/Cold working conditions.
- Loud /Noisy environment.
- Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.
- Climbing (stairs, and other equipment as necessary).

- Hiring Salary Range: $25.33 - 27.66 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

Data Center Network Engineers at Meta are hybrid software and network engineers who design, build, and operate our worldwide Data Center network. This team owns the complete lifecycle of the Data Center network, which includes areas of planning, design, product definition, QA, deployment, and monitoring. Simple, elegant, and scalable network design, automation, and data analytics are the keys to meeting our demands. In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for conceiving design solutions, developing and deploying network software, systems, and tools that keep the Data Center network operating at maximum reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
**Required Skills:**
Network Production Engineer, Design Responsibilities:
1. Design network topologies and configuration for the Data Center Fabric networks
2. Develop IP addressing and routing policy intent in the DC
3. Create deployment packages and maintain as-built documentation for installed network gear
4. Establish and implement global best practices and contribute to the design of new scalable network solutions
5. Define and partner with network hardware, software, and vendor teams on the development of network platforms (switch and optics)
6. Partner with the in-house Software Engineers, Tooling, Planning, Simulation, and Delivery teams to codify the network designs
7. Participate in an on-call rotation to support the global datacenter network infrastructure 24x7
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. 8+ years of work experience responsible for designing, deploying and operating large-scale networks
10. Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP-TE)
11. Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS) and experience with IPv4 and IPv6
12. Experience working in a multi-vendor environment with hands-on experience with networking hardware
13. Experience in at least one programming language like Python, Go, C/C++ for developing automation software or tooling
14. Working knowledge of physical infrastructure design including structured cabling and fiber-optic cabling
15. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against deadlines
16. Experience working in global team environments and solve complex problems
