Your Responsibilities
- Install/general assembly of various accessories, wiring, and components on truck bodies including toolboxes, lights, vices, and cranes.
- Perform functional testing of the crane and installed accessories.
- Work effectively within a team environment or on an individual basis.
- Partner with Production or Engineering teams to resolve mechanical, truck body, or electrical issues.
- Participate in the care and upkeep of the production shop and all equipment and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
Your Qualifications
- Experience or proficiency in 12v or 24v wiring, hydraulic lines and MIG welding.
- 1 - 3 years of mechanical assembly experience (INTERMEDIATE).
- Basic math skills required and ability to use and read a tape measure.
- Must be physically able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able sit, stand, bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 10-50 pounds periodically.
- Must be a team player and speak, read and write English.
